खंड 207 (ए) तथा ( बी ) के अधीन उपबंध एक्सचेंज के वर्तमान उपविधि एवं/ या विनियम के अधीन उपबंधों के साथ पठित होगा । खंड 207 ( ए) तथा ( बी) के अधीन उपबंध एक्सचेंज के उपविधि/विनियम का एक या सभी, उपबंध जो कि वर्तमान में हो, का अनुपूरक या अधिक्रमण के रूप में होगा । यदि वह कार्यान्विति के दौरान खंड 207 ( ए ) तथा ( बी ) के खिलाफ हों ।

(क) प्रत्येक सदस्य ' अपने ग्राहक को जानिए' करार पर हस्ताक्षर करते समय अपने ग्राहक को अपने द्वारा किए जा रहे कारोबार के स्वरूप को भी प्रकट करेगा अर्थात क्या वह केवल ग्राहक आधारित कारोबार करता है या स्वामित्व कारोबार भी करता है ।
(ख ) जहां केवल ग्राहक आधारित कारोबार करने वाला कीई सदस्य स्वामित्व खाते में कारोबार करना चाहता है, वहां वह कोई स्वामित्व कारोबार करने से पूर्व इस बारे में अपने ग्राहक को बता देगा ।

(ख) एक्सचेज खंड ( क) के अंतर्गत अनुमति देते समय सदस्यों/ उप दलालों द्वारा उल्लिखित कारणों पर विचार करेगा और उचित रुप से सावधानीपूर्वक सोचविचार करने के बाद ही ऐसे सदस्य/ उप दलाल को उसी एक्सचेंज के केवल एक सदस्य/ उप दलाल के साथ लेनदेन करने की अनुमति देगा ।

उप निवम 199 क :
( क) जहां खरीदे/ बेचे गए शेयरों की कुल मात्रा एक्सचेंज में सूचीबद्ध कम्पनी के इक्विटो शेयरों की संख्या के 0.5% से अधिक हो, वहां सदस्य कारोबार का निष्पादन हो जाने पर तुरंत ही एक्सचेंज को प्रतिभूति का नाम, ग्राहक का नाम , खरीदे/ बचे गए शेयरों की मात्रा और लेनदेन का मूल्य प्रकट करेगा ।
207 (a) A stock broker/sub -broker of this Exchange cannot deal with brokers/sub - brokers of the same Exchange either for proprietary trading or for trading on behalf of clients except with the prior permission of the Exchange . The stock exchanges while giving such permission , shall consider the reasons stated by the brokers/sub- brokers for dealing with Brokers/ sub brokers of the same exchange and after carrying out due deligence allow such brokers / sub - brokers to deal with only one stock broker / sub- broker of the same exchange.
( ख) खंड ( क) में अपेक्षित प्रकटीकरण प्रतिभूति में किए गए सभी लेनदेनों के सम्बन्ध में किया जाएगा ।

Regulations of the Exchange . The provision of Clause - 207 (a) and (b ) are in supplement and super- session of any of and all the existing provisions of the Bye Laws /Regulation of the Exchange which in course of operation will be found contra- dictory to the clauses 207 (a) and (b) .
