Vyas , FCA, 207 , Aditya Centre, Fulchhab Chowk, Nutan Press Road, Rajkot-360 001 (Gujarat), (M. No. 007516) be removed from the membership of the Institute for a period of six months for having been found guilty of "professional misconduct " within the meaning of clauses (5) , ( 6) , (7) & (8 ) of Part -I of the Second Schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 in terms of Section 21 read with Section 22 of the said Act. Accordingly, it is hereby informed that the name of the said Shri C. K. Vyas shall stand removed from the membership of the Institute for a period of six months w.e.f. 15th June 2004. During the said period he shall not be entitled to practise as a Chartered Accountant in terrns of the said order of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.
