1 सं. डीएनबीएस . 177/सीजीएम ( ओ पी ए) -2004-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक , जनहित में इसे आवश्यक मानकर और इस बात से संतुष्ट होकर कि ऋण प्रणाली को देश के हित में विनियमित करने हेतु रिज़र्व बैंक को समर्थ बनाने के लिए ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का2 ) की धारा 45 ञ क द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का तथा इस संबंध में सभी समर्थकारी अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि दिनांक 31 जनवरी 1998 की अधिसूचना सं. डीएफसी . 119 /डीजी ( एसपीटी ) -98 ( 01 अगस्त 2003 तक यथा संशोधित ) में निहित गैर बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनी विवकपूर्ण मानदंड ( रिज़र्व बैंक ) निदेशावली , 1998 तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित रूप में संशोधित हो जायेगी , अर्थात्--
1. पैराग्राफ 2 ( 1 ) (viiक ) में, मद सं. ( ज ) के बाद निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्--
" ( जक ) ऐसी परियोजनाओं से संबंधित निर्माण कार्य, जिनमें कृषि प्रसंस्करण और कृषि के लिए निविष्टयें ( कच्चे माल ) की आपूर्ति शामिल हों ;
(जख ) ऐसी परियोजनाओं से संबंधित निर्माण कार्य , जिनमें गुणवत्ता जांच की सुविधाओं सहित, प्रसंस्कृत कृषि उत्पादों, शीघ्र नष्ट होने वाली वस्तुओं जैसे फल , सब्जियों और फूलों का परिरक्षण और भंडारण शामिल हो और
(जग ) शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं और अस्पतालों का निर्माण । "

सं.यू-16/53/2003-चिकित्सा-2 ( गुजरात ) कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( साधारण ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम-105 के तहत महानिदेशक को निगम की शक्तियां प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की दिनांक 25 अप्रैल, 1951 को हुई बैठक में पास किये गये संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश संख्या 1024 ( जी ) दिनांक 23.5.1983 द्वारा ये शक्तियों आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा डॉ. डी. एम. खालसा, अंशकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर 3.5.2004 से 2.5.2005 तक की अवधि के लिए या पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने पर, जो भी पहले हो, उप चिकित्सा आयुक्त ( उत्तर - पश्चिम जोन ) , अहमदाबाद द्वारा निर्धारित बड़ौदा क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्यपरीक्षा करने तथा मूल प्रमाण -पत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण- पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती हूं।

No. DNBS.177 /CGM ( OPA) -2004 dated June 15, 2004-The Reserve Bank of India , having considered it necessary in the public interest and being satisfied that for the purpose of enabling the Bank to regulate the credit system to the advantage of the country, it is necessary so to do , in exercise of powers conferred by Section 45JA of the Reserve Bank of India Act , 1934 (2 of 1934) and of all the powers enabling it in this behalf, hereby directs that the Non -banking Financial Companies Prudential Norms (Reserve Bank) Directions , 1998 contained in Notification No. DFC.119/DG( SPT) -98 dated January 31 , 1998 (as amended upto August 1 , 2003 shall stand amended with immediate effect, as follows , namely:
1. In paragraph 2 ( 1 ) ( viia) , the following shall be inserted , after item no . (h) namely,-
"(ha) construction relating to projects involving agro - processing and supply of inputs to agriculture;
(hb) construction for preservation and storage of processed agro- products , perishable goods such as fruits , vegetables and flowers including testing facilities for quality; and
(he) construction of educational institutions and hospitals" .
2. On and from April 1 , 2005, Sub- clause ( ii) of clause ( 1 ) of sub- paragraph (2 ) of paragraph 10 shall be substituted by the following, namely,--
