प्रस्ताव है : "प्रतिभूति जमा अथवा अतिरिक्त जमा के बदले कारोबारी सदस्य द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई बैंक गारंटियों के आहवान से उठने वाले प्रतिफल को एक्सचेंज द्वारा आहवान करने पर समर्थन योग्य बनाने अथवा अनावरण आदि के प्रयोजनार्थ कारोबारी सदस्य की जमा के एक भाग के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा जब तक कि कारोबारी सदस्य समय- समय पर संगत प्राधिकारी द्वारा लगायी गई शर्तों का अनुपालन नहीं करता है । बैंक गारंटियों के आहवान से प्रतिफल को एक्सचेंज द्वारा , जैसा वह उचित समझता हैं, निपटा जाएगा" ।

The provisions contained in Bye- law (1 )(c) of Chapter-- V of the Bye- laws of the Exchange are proposed to be amended through insertion of the following words at the end of the existing Bye - law.

The proceeds arising out of invocation of the bank guarantees furnished by the Trading Member in lieu of security deposits or additional deposits , onbeing invoked by the Exchange, shall not be reckoned as part of the Trading Member's depo- sits for the purpose of enablement or exposure , etc. unless the Trading member complies with the conditions imposed by the Relevant Authority from time to time . The proceeds from invoking the bank guarantees shall be dealt with by the Exchange as it may deem fit .
