2. यह नियुक्ति दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में दायर रिट याचिका सं० 1230 /1999- भारत सरकार एवं अन्य बनाम ए० के ० सिंघल एवं अन्य, तथा रिट याचिका सं ० 3362/ 1999-संजय शर्मा एवं अन्य बनाम भारत सरकार एवं अन्य के निर्णय के अधीन होगी ।
