रवि माथुर , संयुक्त सचिव तं० एफ 9-3/ 2000/यू-3-विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 3) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान
