4.5.3 ( ट ) कारोबारी सदस्यों द्वारा ट्रेडिंग टर्मिनलों के माध्यम से 'खाता पक्ष में' आदेश देने की सुविधा कारोबारी सदस्यों द्वारा केवल एक स्थान पर ली जाएगी, जैसाकि कारोबारी सदस्यों द्वारा निर्दिष्ट अपेक्षित है । उपर्युक्त स्थान की बजाय किसी दूसरे स्थान पर स्थित किसी कारोब। री मिनाक से एक्सचेंज/सेबी द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित/ निदिष्ट ग्राहक कोड के ब्यौरे प्रविष्ट करके संघटक के लिए और उसकी ओर से आदेश देने की सुविधा होगी । यदि किसी करोबारी सदस्य को एक स्थान की बजाए अधिक स्थानों से कारोबारी टर्मिनलों के माध्यम से 'खाता पक्ष में' प्रयोग करने की सुविधा की आवश्यकता है तो ऐसे कारोबारी सदस्य को बहुलं. स्थानों से 'खाता पक्ष में' का प्रयोग करने का कारण बताते हुए एक्सचेंज को अनुरोध करेगा और एक्सचेंज यथोचित सचेतना के पश्चात् मामला दर मामला के आधार पर एक से अधिक स्थानों से 'खाता पक्ष में' के प्रयोग की सुविधा देने परै बिचार कर सकता है ।

2. निम्नलिखित धारः को अध्याय 4 में 4.4.16 चिनि यमन के रूप में जोड़े जाने का प्रस्ताव है :--

4.4.16 ( क) फ्यूचर संविदाओं के लिए बाजार निपटान के लिए चिह्नित की अदायगी के लिए कारोबारी सदस्य संघटकों को नकद अदायगी नहीं करेगा और न ही संघटकों ने नकद अदायगी प्राप्त करेगा ।
( ख ) कारोबारी सदस्य संघटकों को/ से सभी अदायगियां आदाता खाता क्रास चेक/डिनांड ड्राफ्ट अथवा इलेक्ट्रानिक रराशि अन्तरण सुविधा के माध्यम से संबंधित बँक खाते में सीधे क्रेडिट करने के जरिए अथवा भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा अनुमत किसी अन्य विधि से करेगा अथवा प्राप्त करेगा । (ग) उनके लेन- देनों के संबंध में , कारोबारी सदस्य केवल संघटकों द्वारा लिखे चेक/ डिमांड ड्राफ्ट जारी करेगा और केवल संघटकों के पक्ष में चेक डिमांड ड्राफ्ट जारी करेगा । [V]
बशर्ते कि आपवादिक परिस्थितियों में कारोबारी सदस्य आयकर अधिनियम अथवा उसके तहत नियम अथवा परिपत्र अथवा बनाए गए अथवा जारी किए गए निदेशों, जो समय- समय पर लागू हों, के उपबंधों के तहत अनुमत सीमा तक नकद राशि प्राप्त कर सकते हैं ।

for and on behalf of a Constituent by entering client code details as required/ specified by the Exchange / SEBI. In case any Trading Member requires the facility of using ' Pro - account' through trading ter- minals from more than one location , such Trading Member shall request the Exch- ange stating the reason for using the 'Pro- account' at multiple locations and the Exchange may , on a case to case basis after due diligence , consider extending the facility of allowing use of ' Pro - account' from more than one location .

2. The following clause is proposed to be inserted as Regulation 4.4.16 in Chapter 4 :- QUOTE
4.4.16 (a) Trading Member shall not make payment in cash to the Constituents and shall not ... receive payment in cash from the Const- ituents , towards the payment of Mark to market settlement for futures contracts .
(b) The Trading member shall make or receive all payments to/ from the Constituents by account payee crossed cheques /Demand Drafts or by way of direct credit into the respoctive bank account through Electr- onic Fund Transfer Facility or any other mode allowed by the Reserve Bank of India.
(c) In respect of their transactions , the trading member shall accept cheques /Deinand Drafts drawn only by the Constituents and issue cheques /Demand Drafts in favour of the Constituents only ;
Provided that in exceptional circumstan . ces the trading members may receive the amount in cash, to the extent permissible under the provisions of the income Tax- Act or Rules or circulars or directives fra- med or issued thereunder , as may be in force from time to time.
