3. इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से वे केन्द्रीय सचिवालय अशुलिपिक सेवा संवर्ग के निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति का कोई दावा नहीं कर सकेंगे और न ही उनके द्वारा प्रदान की गई सेवाओं की गणना उक्त ग्रेड में उच्च ग्रेड पर प्रोन्नति के लिए वरिष्ठता के उद्देश्य से की जा सकेगी । 2. श्री पाथ प्रतिम भट्टाचार्य 15 जुलाई, 04 से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए परित्रीक्षा पर रहगे ।
