संकल्प
सं० फा० 4( 5) / 2002- हिन्दी-संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय *की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति, जो इस मंत्रालय के समसंख्यक संकल्प दिनांक 9-5-2003 द्वारा गठित की गई थी, का एतद्वारा विघटन किया जाता है ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के प्रशासनों, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , लोक/ राज्य सभा सचिवालय , योजना आयोग , संसदीय राजभाषा समिति, भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा परीक्षक और मंत्रिमंडल कार्य विभाग का वेतन तथा लेखा कार्यालय , नई दिल्ली को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को जन- साधारण की जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशित कराया जाए ।

संकल्प
एफ० सं ० 5 ( 1 ) पी० डी०/ 2004-आम जानकारी के लिए यह घोषित किया जाता है कि वर्ष 2004-05 के दौरान सामान्य भविष्य निधि तथा उसी प्रकार की अन्य निधियों के अभिदाताओं की कुल जमा रकमों पर दिए जाने वाले ब्याज की दर 8% ( आठ प्रतिशत ) प्रतिवर्ष ही रहेगी । यह दर पहली अप्रैल , 2004 से आरम्भ होने वाले वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान लागू रहेगी । संबंधित निधियां निम्नलिखित हैं:-- 1. सामान्य भविष्य निधि ( केन्द्रीय सेवाएं ) । 2. अंशदायी भविष्य निधि ( भारत ) ।
3. अखिल भारतीय सेवा भविष्य निधि ।
4. राज्य रेलवे भविष्य निधि ।
5. सामान्य भविष्य निधि ( रक्षा सेवाएं ) ।
6. भारतीय आयुध विभाग भविष्य निधि ।
7. भारतीय आयुध कारखाना कामगार भविष्य निधि । 8. भारतीय नौसेना गोदी कामगार भविष्य निधि । 9. रक्षा सेवा अधिकारी भविष्य निधि ।
10. सशस्त्र सेना कार्मिक भविष्य निधि ।
2. आदेश दिया जाता है कि यह संकल्प भारत के राजपत्न में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।
