The proceeds arising out of invocation of the bank guarantees furnished by the Clearing Member in lieu of security deposits or additional deposits , on being Invoked by the Clearing Corporation , shall not be reckoned as part of the Clearing Member's deposits for the purpose of enablement or exposare etc. unless the Clearing Member complies with the conditions imposed by the Relevant Authority from time to time . The proceeds from invoking the bank guarantees shall be dealt with by the Clearing Cor- poration as it may deem fit . Unquote
