विषय : रेल सुरक्षा बल के निष्ठ वेतनमान ग्रेड 'ए' में सहा- यक सुरक्षा आयुक्त " ए ० एस ० सी" के पद पर पदोन्नति । सं० ई (जीपी) 2001/ 1 /10-रेल मंत्रालय ने विनिश्चय किया है।क रेलपे सुरक्षा बल के निरीक्षक श्री एन० एम ० कोटनाका (अ ० ज ० जा० ) [ ग्रुप ' सी' ] को जिनका ग्रेड ' ए ' के कनिष्ठ वेतन मन में सहायक सुरक्षा आयुक्त पद पर पदोन्नति हेतुः चयन किया गया है, स्थानापन्न रूप से नियुक्त किया जाता है ।

श्री एन ० एम ० कोटनाका को " ए ० एस ० सी" के पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण की सारीख से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रोबेशन पर रखा आया । श्री एन ० एम ० कोटनाका 6-7- 2004 से तदर्थ आधार पर ए ० एस ०सी के रूप में पहले ही कार्यरत है । इसलिए उनके प्रोबेशन की अर्वाध को उसी तारीख से गिना जाएगा ।
