1.0 एक्सचेंज लेन-देनों का सम.शोधन और निपटान क्रमिक आधार पर करेगा अर्थात् पहले निपटान के पे-इन और पे-आउट बाद के निपटान के पे-इन और पे -अ.उट के शुरु होने से पहले पूरा किया ज.एगा ।
1.1 पहले निपटान से नकदी/प्रतिभूतियों के पे- आउट की राशि सदस्य को परवर्ती निपटान/ नों के पे- इन दायित्वों को पूरा करने के लिए उपलब्ध की ज.एगो ।
1.2 इसके अतिरिक्त, परवर्ती निपटान के पे- इम दायित्यों को पूरा करने के लिए सदस्य को प्रति- भृतियों को एक निपेक्षागार से दूसरे निपेक्षागारे में अंतरित करने की आवश्यकता पड़ सकती है । इसलिए निपेक्षागार इस प्रकार सुविधाएं प्रदान करेंगे कि अंतर-निपेक्षागार अंतरण एक घंटे के भीतर और परवर्ती निपटान के लिए पे- इन शुरु होने से पहले हो सके ।
1.3 सम. शोधन निगम/ समाशोधन गृह सभी निपटानों के लिए एक साथ स्वतः डीओ सुविधा प्रदान करने ताकि सदस्य को सभी निपटानों के लिए निधियों और प्रतिभूतियां उसो दिन उपलब्ध हो जाए जिससे ग्राहक के स्तर पर निधियां/ प्रतिभूतियां: उसी दिन के अंत तक उपलब्ध हो सकें । 1.4 स्टॉक एक्स वेंज समय की पाबंदी का कठोरता से प.लन करेंगे ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि निपटान उसी दिन पूरे हो सकें । 10 स्टॉक ब्रोकरों/ समाशोधन सदस्यों को प्रतिभूतिर्था अपने संबंधित सीरम मूल खाते में से अपने ग्राहकों के सबंधितः हितग्राही खातेः में पे-आउट क्रिस के बाद एक कार्य -दिवस के भीतरः मंवरित करनी होंगी ।

35A Htcase of change of names by listed companies , companies are required to comply with following conditions :
1.0 A time period of atleast 1 year should have elapsed from the last name change.
1.1 Atleast 50 % of its total revenue in the preceding 1 year period should have been accounted for by the new activity suggested by the new name .
1.2 The new name along with the old name shall be disclosed through the websites of the respective stock exchanges where the company is listed and also through EDIFAR website for a continuous period of one year from the date of last name change .
90E The Exchange and its members and sub- brokers of the members and the intermediaries associated with the stock exchange and registered with SEBI shall comply with the requirements as detailed out in SEBI ( Central Database of. Market Participants) Regulations , 2003.

1.0 The Exchange shall clear and settle the trades on a sequential basis i.e, the pay- in and the pay- out of the first settlement shall be completed before the commence- ment of the pay - in and pay- out of the subsequent settlement .

9CG 1.0 S'ock Brokers/ clearing Members shall be required to transfer the securities from their respective CM Pool account to the respective beneficiary account of their clients within 1 working day after the pay- out day .
1.1 The security lying in the pool account beyond the stipulated 1 day shall attract a penalty at the rate of 6 basis point per week on the value of securities .
