सं ० एफ ० 9-7/ 2002-यूं० -विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान बायोग अधिनियम, 1956 की घार -3 द्वार। प्रदत्त शक्त्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरक। र, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर एतद्वारा यह घोषणा करतो है कि निम्नलिखित संस्थाओं को विनायक मिशन रितवं फाउन्डेशन , सलेम (तमिलनाडु) सन विश्वविद्याल। के कार्यक्षेत्र के अंतर्गत तत्काल प्रभाव से उक्त अधिनिमम के उद्देश्य हेतु सम्मिलित किया जाता है:-
(क ) विनायक मिशन कुःधानन्द वरियार इंजीनियरी क.क्षेज, सलेम
(ख) दिन. यक मिशन क. लेज ऑफ फिजियोथेरेपी, सलेम (ग) विनायक मिशन कुधानन्द वरिवार अर्टस एंड साइंस क.लेज , सलेम

New Delhi , the 19th August 2004 No. F. 9-7/ 2002-U- 3- In exudbaise of theppowers conferred by Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act , 1956 , the Central Government.on the advice of the University Grants Commission, सं० एफ० 9-7/2004-सू० ३-विश्वविद्यालय अनुवांत आयोग अधिनियम , 1950 को धारा-3 द्वारा प्रदत्त सवित्रयों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार विश्वविद्यालय अनुदानःअमोल कोसलाह पर एतङ्गरा घोषणा करती है कि ' भारती विद्यापीठ मेडिकल कालेज एवं अस्पताल, संगली; तथा भारती विद्यापीड डेन्टल कालेज एवं अस्सल, मंत्री मुम्बई' नामक दो संस्थाओं को भारतो विद्यारोठ ( सत विश्वविद्यालय ) , पुणे के कार्यक्षेत अध्वर्गत तीन वर्ष के पश्चात् समोक्षा की शर्त के अधीव जमा निम्नलिखित शतों के अधोन तत्काल प्रभाव से शामिल किया ज.ता है ।
i ) ये दो नए केन्द्र भारतोय चिकित्सा परिषद्/ भारतीय दंत चिकित्सा परिषद्, जैसा भो म.मला हो, की पूर्वानुमति के बिना किसो भो विद्यार्यो को दाखिला नहींदेंगे;
ii ) इस अंतराल के दौरान भारतो विद्यापीठ द्वारा जारो किए गए कितो विज्ञान / सार्वनिक सूचना में यह सष्ट उल्लेख होगा कि इन संस्थाओं की भारतो विद्यानोठ में शामिल किया जाना अंतरिम है तथा यह भारतोय चिकित्सा परिषद्/ भारतोय दंत चिकित्सा परिषद् के अनुमोदन पर निर्भर होगा; और
iii ) ये संस्थाएं विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर जारो उन दिशा-निर्देशों/ निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेंगो जो सम- विश्वविद्यालय पर लागू होंगे ।

No. F. 9-7/2004 - U. - 3- In exercise of the powers confened by Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act , 1956 , the Central Government , on the advice of the University Grants Commission, hereby declare that the two institutions namely Bharati Vidyapeeth's Medical College and Hospital, Sangli ; and Ehatati Vidyapeeth's Dental College and Hospital , Navi Mumbai are included under the ambit of Bharati Vidyapeeth ( Deemed University) , Pune with immediate effect subject to a review after three years and subject to the following conditions:
i) These two new centres shall not admit any student without obtaining prior approval from the Medical Council of India (MCI )/ Dental Council (DCI ) of India as the case may be;
ii ) Any advertisement / public notice issued by the Bharati Vidyapeeth in the interregnum period will specifically state tha ttheir inclu- sion in Bharati Vidyapeeth is " provisional and subject to approval by MCI / DCI " ; and
iii) It will adhere to the guidelines / instructions issued by UGC from time to time as appli- cable to the Deemed Universities .
