NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 500 ( 1 ) of the Companies Act , 1956, a meeting of the Creditors of the Company will be held at Gold Crest ' , No. 54 and 55, North Usman Road, T Nagar , Chennai - 600017 on Friday 5-11-04 at 4.00 PM to consider a full statement of the position of the affairs of the Company together with the list of creditors of the Company and their respective claims as on 30 September 2004 and to transact the following business :
To consider and if thought fit , to pass , with or without modifications , the following Resolution :
" RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provi- sions of Section 184 road with Sections 500 to 509 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act , 1956, and after consideration of the full state- ment of the position of a fairs of the Company to- gether with the list of creditors and their respective claims as on 30th September 2004 and subject to the consents of such regulatory authorities as may be required , the Company be liquidated under the Creditors' Voluntary Winding up procedure pres- cribed under the Companies Act , 1956.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Sanjeev Κ . Sharma , practicing Chartered Accountant be appo- inted as the Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the Company with powers contem- plated under Clauses ( a ) to (d) of Section 457 ( 1) of the Companies Act, 1956 , at a remuneration of Rs 75,000 ( Rupees seventy five thousand only) in addition to reimbursement of any out of pocket expenses and costs incurred by him .
