(रक्षा मंत्रालय को छोड़कर) भारत सरकार के मंत्रालयों और उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा जारी की गई विधितर नियमों , विनियमों तथा आदेशों और संकल्पों से संबंधित अधिसूचनाएं [Notifications relating to Non- Statutory Rules , Regulations , Orders and Resolutions issued by the Ministries of the Government of India (other than the Ministry of Defence) and by the Supreme Court]

संकल्प
सं ० 5 ( 3 )/ 2004 -डी-I (. )-दिनांक 31 जनवरी , 1986 के संकल संख्या- एससी-I ( 1) / 86-डी- III के अनुसार भारत सरकार ने इस्पात और खान मंत्री की अध्यक्षता में एक " इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद" का गठन किया गया था , जिसमें सरकार, लोहा और इस्पात के उत्पादकों व उपभोक्ताओं, गृह निर्माताओं तथा संबद्ध उद्योगों के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हैं । परिषद का कार्यकाल , जो दिनांक 22 अप्रैल, 2002 के संकल्प सं ० 5 ( 1 )/ 2002-डी- I के तहत बढ़ाया गया था , 30 अक्तूबर , 2004 को पूरा हो रहा है । अब परिषद का कार्यकाल अगले दो वर्षों अर्थात 30 अक्तूबर , 2006 तक अ.गे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया गया है । परिषद के कार्यकलाप अर्थात "केन्द्र सरकार को लोहा और इस्पात के संबंध में आपूर्ति , उपलब्धता , गुणवत्ता तथा बाजार रूझान के मामले में सलाह और सहायता देना" अपरिवर्तित रहंस ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि उपर्युक्त संकल्प की प्रतियाँ सभी राज्य सरकारों, संघ शासित राज्य प्रशासनों, प्रधान मंत्रो कार्यालय सहित भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसद सविवालय , योजना आयोग तथा भारत के नियंत्रक एवं लेखा परीक्षक व इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद के सभी सदस्यों को भेजो जाए ।
2. यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इसे भारत के राजपत्र में भी सूचनार्थ प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

New Delhi , the 29th October , 2004 RESOLUTION
No. 5 (3 ) /2004-DI ( . )-Vide Resolution No. SC- I(1)/ 86 - DIII dated 31st January , 1986 , Government of India had constituted a " Steel Consumers Council" under the Chairmanship of the Minister of Steel and Mines , consisting of representatives of the Government , producers and consumers of iron and steel , house builders and related industries . The tenure of the Council which was extended vide Resolution No. 5 ( 1 )/2002- DI dated 22nd April, 2002 is expiring on 30th October , 2004. It has now been decided to extened the tenure of the Council by another two years i.e. upto 30th October , 2006.
The functions of the Council i.e. " to advise and assist the Central Government on matters relating to supply, availability , quality and the market trends of iron and steel " , will remain unchanged .
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the above Resolution be communicated to all State Governments , Union Territory Ad ninistrations , all the Ministries and the Departments of the Government of India inclu- ding the Prime Minister's Office , Cabinet Secretariat , Parliamant Secretariat , Planning Commission and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and all the members of the Steel Consumers Council .
Ordered also that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information .
