3. वेतन निर्धारण के लिए विकल्प
अधिकारी यदि एफआर-22 ( 1 ) ( क ) ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत वेतन निर्धारण के लिए तारीख चुनने के लिए क्किस्रुप देना चाहते हैं , तो उन्हें पदभार ग्रहण करने को तारीख से एक माह के अन्दर विकरुन देना होगा ।
4. अपने मूल सकिलों से बाहर आवंटित अधिकारी

इस कार्यालय से विशिष्ट आदेश प्राप्त किए बिना तैनाती के लिए कार्यमुक्त नहीं किया जाना चाहिए । वे कर्मचारी जिनके विरुद्ध कोई दण्ड प्रतित हैं तो उन्हें दण्ड की मित्राद के समाप्त होने से पूर्व पदोन्नति नहीं दो जानो चाहिए । इस संबंध में एक रपोर्ट तत्काल भेजी जाए ।
3. वेतन निर्धारण के लिए विकल्प
अधिकारी यदि एफ आर-22 ( 1 ) ( क) ( 1) के अंतर्गत वेतन निर्धारण के लिए तारीख चुनने के लिए विकल्प देना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हे पदभार ग्रहण करते को त'रोब से एक माह के अन्दर विकल्प देना होगा ।
4. अपने मूल सकिलों से बाहर आबंटित अधिकारी वरिष्ठ निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में पदोन्वति होने पर यदि कर्मचारी को सर्किल के बाहर तैनात किया जाता हैं तो वह तैनाती आदेश के प्राप्त होने पर जो कि इस आदेश की तारीख से एक माह से पहले जारी हो जाएंगे , संबंधित सर्किल के सर्किल प्रमुख को रिसोर्ट करेगा ।
