The approval of the Deputy Director , Forward Markets Commission , Mumbai , under sub- section (3 ) of section 6 of the Forward Contract ( Regula- tion) Act , 1952 ( 7 of 1952) read with the Gover- nment of India , Notification No. S.O. 1162 dated the 4th May , 1960 tas been obtained on the 7th Oct , 2004 to the following ameniments made to Articles /Rules of the Su.endranagar Cotton Oil & Oilseeds Association Ltd. Surendranagar (Gujarat) the same having been notified under section 6 of the said Act and Rule 11 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Rules , 1954 .
