भी० एम ० रत्नय , अवर सचिव मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय (माध्यमिक और उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग ) नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 26 नवम्बर 2004 सं० एफ०-11-2/2004-एम० सी० (पी) राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्थान आयोग के दिनांक 11 नवम्बर, 2004 के अध्य देश सं० 6 और राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्थान आयोग द्वारा दिनांक 16 नवम्बर , 2004 को जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसरण में भारत के राष्ट्रपति उक्त अध्यादेश में उल्लिखित कार्यों के निर्वहन हेतुः राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्थान आयोग में न्यायःधोश (सेवानिवृत्त) एम ० एस० ए० सिद्धिको को अध्यक्ष के रूप में और श्री बलवंत सिंह रामूवालिया तथा श्रो बालसन थम्पू को सदस्यों के रूप में सहर्ष नियुक्त करते हैं ।
2. उनकी नियुक्तियों की अवधि उनके द्वारा अपने-अपने कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की विधि से अगले 5 वर्ष की होगी । 3. अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों को संदेय वेतन तथा भत्तों को अभिशासित करने वाले नियमों और उनकी सेवा संबंधी नियमों व शर्तों को अलग से अधिसूचित किया जाएगा ।
4. इस आयोग क । मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में स्थित होगा । यह भी आदेश दिया जाता हैं कि आम सूचनार्थ इस अधिसूचना को भारत के राजपत्त में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 30 नवम्बर 2004 सं ० ईआरबो-1/ 2004/ 23/ 29--रेल मंत्रालय की 4-9-2004 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना देखें जो 27-2-2002 को गोम्रर। स्टेशन पर गाड़ी सं 0 9166 , साबरमती एक्सप्रेस में लगी आग की घटना की जांच करने के लिए भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश ( सेवानिवृत) जस्टिस यू० सो० बैनर्जी, की अध्यक्षता में 5-9 2004 से 3 माह की अर्वाध के लिए एक उच्च स्तरीय समिति गठित करने के बारे में है । 100 2
2. भारत सरकार ने उक्त उच्च स्तरीय समिति के कार्यकाल को4-12-2004 से आगे अगले 3 माह की अवधि अर्थात् 4-3-2005 तक बढ़ाने का विनिश्चय किया है । राष्ट्रपति जी के आदेश से और उनकी ओर से जारी ।

November, 2004, the President of badia is pleased to appoint Justice ( Retd. ) M.S.A. Siddiqui as the Chairperson and Shri Balwant Singh Ramoowalia and Shri Valson Thampu as Members of the National Commission on Minority Educa tional Institutions , to discharge the functions of the Commission as enumerated in the said Ordinance.
2. The tenure of their appointments will be for five years, with effect from the date they assums their respective charge .
3. The rules governing the salaries and allowa- nces payable to and the terms and conditions of the service of the Chairperson and the Memberse will be notified separately.
4. The Headquarters of the Commission shall be in New Delhi .
