नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर 2004 सं ० I- 14012/ 15/ 2003- भाईपीएस- IV-ओ ० ए ० सं ० 706/2002 में माननीय केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण , इलाहाबाद खंडपीठ द्वारा दिनांक 31-3-2003 को दिए गए निर्देशों, जिसमें भारत संघ को निदेश दिया गया था कि सिविल सेवा परीक्षा -2000 में अर्हता प्राप्त करने के अध्धार पर भातीय पुलिस सेवा में नियुक्ति के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवार श्री प्रवीण कुमार को उत्तर प्रदेश का आईपोएस संवर्ग अ बंटित किया जाए तथा जो उक्त आदेश के विरुद्ध दायर रिट याचिका सं ० 22808/2003 एवं विशेष अनुमति याचिका (सी) सं ० 3004/2004 के माननीय इलाहबाद उच्च न्यायालय और भारत के माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वार । क्रमशः दिनांक 22-5-2003 और 29-11-2004 के आदेशों के तहत खारिज किए जाने के बाद अंतिम हो गए हैं, के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 5( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री प्रवीण कुमार को उत्तर प्रदेश का अईपीएस संवर्ग आवंटित करती हैं । 2. इस अधिसूचना के द्वारा इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 24-9-200.1 की अधिसूचन सं ० 1-12015/1/99-आईपीएस- IV और दिनांक 7-5-2002 के आदेश सं ० I- 14012/ 20/ 2001- अईपी एस- IV , जहां तक इनका संबंध श्री प्रवीण कुमार को संत्रा आवंटित किए जाने से हैं, का अधिक्रमण किया जाता है ।
