गृह मंत्रालय नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर 2004 स० 1:1011 /9/ 2004- एन ०आई० III-दिनांक 15मार्च, 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या एफ -5/13 / 2000-सी ० एच ०सी० के बौशिक आशोधन में तथा राष्ट्रीय साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव प्रतिष्ठान की नियमावलो के नियम 9 के अनुसरण में, गृह मंत्रालय नेः अपर सचिव ( सी० एस ० ) , गृह मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार को तत्काल प्रभाव से और अंगले आदेशों तक , विशेष सचिव (जम्मू एवं कश्मीर) , गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के स्थान पर राष्ट्रीय सौत्रदायिक नद्भाव प्रतिष्ठान को कार्य- कारिणी समिति एवं संचालन समिति का सदस्य नामित किया है । रराष्ट्रीय सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव प्रतिष्ठान समिति की, कार्यकारिणी समिति तथा संचालन समिति के अन्य सदस्य पहले की तरह बने रहेंगें ।
