इस तदवं नियक्ति से उन्हें नियमित निगुक्ति और सी एस एस एस काडर में निजी सचिव के रूप में तरर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवाओं की वरिष्ठता हेतु गणना करने एवं अगले उच्चतर गेड में पदोन्नति हेतु पात्रता का दावा करते का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।

इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से उन्हें नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा और तदर्थ आधार पर उनके द्वारा प्रदान की गई सेवा की न तो श्रीएनएसएस काबर के निजी सचिन के ब्रेड में बरिष्ठवा हेतु गणना की जाएगी और हो जाने उच्व ग्रेड में पदोन्नति कीपात्रता होगो ।
