के प्रभाव से, प्रभागीय लेखा अधिकारी ग्रेड-1 के पद पर तदर्थ पदोन्नति को निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन अनुमोदित किया है : -- ( i ) पदोन्नति तदर्थ आधार पर किया जा रहा है और तदर्थ पदोन्नति नियमित पदोन्नति का कोई अधिकार नहीं देगा । (ii ) पदोन्नति " अगले आदेश तक होगा " और सरकार के पास यह अधिकार होगा कि वे तदर्थ पदोन्नति को किसी भी समय खारिज करके श्री सुशील कुमार विश्वास को प्रभागीय लेखा अधिकारी ग्रेड- II के पद पर प्रत्यावर्तित कर दे । तदर्थ पदोन्नति होने पर उनका प्रारंभिक वेतन उच्चतर पद के सावधिक वेतनमान में एफ. आर. 22 ( 1 ) ( ए) ( i ) के तहत निम्न पद पर नियमित रूप से धारित पद पर एक वेतन वृद्धि देने पर प्राप्त स्टेज पर जो कल्पित वेतन बनेगा उसके अगले स्टेज अथवा रुपये 100/- मात्र इनमें से जो भी अधिक हो के स्टेज पर निर्धारित होगी ।
