( 8 ) 70/बी 52 और भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 फरवरी , 1990 के असाधारण राजपत्र सं. 67 के अंतर्गत यथा संशोधित लोक ऋण अधिनियम 1944 की धारा 28 के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए लोक ऋण नियमावली 1946 के नियम 18 के अनुसरण दिसम्बर 2004 को समाप्त माह के लिए निम्नलिखित सूची खो गई आदि ऐसी प्रतिभूतियों के बारे में एतद्वारा विज्ञापित की जाती है, जिसके संबंध में इस बात का विश्वास करने के लिए प्रथम दृष्टया आधार मौजूद है कि प्रतिभूतियां खो गयी हैं और आवेदकों का दावा न्यायोचित है । नीचे लिखे गये संबंधित दावेदारों से इतर सभी व्यक्ति जिनका प्रतिभूतियों पर किसी प्रकार का दावा हो, तत्काल महाप्रबंधक, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, सरकारी और बैंक लेखा विभाग , केन्द्रीय ऋण प्रभाग , मुंबई -400 008 को संसूचित करें ।

(परीक्षा केन्द्र जिनमें आई०एस०ए० की परीक्षा होगी बशर्ते कि इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों में कम से कम 25 परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते हैं ।

परीक्षार्थी जो कि श्रेणी II (द्वितीय) के अन्तर्गत परीक्षा केन्द्रो के लिये निवेदन करते है को श्रेणी (प्रथम) के अन्तर्गत परीक्षा केन्द्रो में से एक या दो वैकल्पिक परीक्षा केन्द्रो को प्राथमिकता के अनुसार भी चुनना है यदि श्रेणी II (द्वितीय ) के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र में 25 से कम परीक्षार्थी आवेदन करते हैं तो परीक्षार्थियो को उनकी प्राथमिकता के अनुसार जो कि उन्होने आवेदन पत्र श्रेणी I (प्रथम) के अन्तर्गत परीक्षा केन्द्रो को भरा होगा, आवंटन किया जायेगा !
यदि किर्सः परीक्षार्थी ने जिसको कि श्रेणी II (द्वितीय) के अन्तर्गत परीक्षा केन्द्र के लिये आवेदन किया है और परीक्षः केन्द्र श्रेणी- 1 (प्रथम) के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र के लिए प्राथमिकता के आधार पर नहीं चुना है , को किसी भी नजदीकी परीक्षा केन्द्र श्रेणी I (प्रथम) के अन्तर्गत आवंटन किया जायेगा ।
परिषद अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिए रद्द कर सकती है
यह परीक्षा इंस्टीट्यूट के केवल पात्र सदस्य जो कि पहले से ही पंजीकृत है , के लिये है ।
इस परीक्षा के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क 1,000 /- (एक हजार रूपये) मात्र है ।
परीक्षा शुल्क र्क राशि का भुगतान बैंक के डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा होना चाहिए । आवेदन पत्र उपयुक्त शुल्क के डिमांड के साथ इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह संयुक्त सचिव (परीक्षा) के कार्यालय में दिनांक 01/03/2005 तक पहुंच जाय दिनाक 01/03/2005 के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पत्रों को स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा ।
इस प्रश्न के लिए आवेदन निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र पर ही किया जाना चाहिए जो कि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टन्टन इंडिया के संयुक्त सचिव (परीक्षा) के नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय से 25 /- रूपये प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान कम्मरनिल सकता है । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट के रीजनल और ब्रांचो के कार्यालयों में भी उपलब्ध है और नकद मुमान करने पर 11 फरवरी 2005 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट की वैबसाइट डब्लुडब्लुदन्तुआईसीए.ओआरजी से प्रिंट करके परीक्षा शुल्क 1025/- रूपये के साथ भी भेजा जा सकता है ।

The candidates who opt for a centre mentioned under category II would be required to give one or two alternate centres in order of preference from centres mentioned under Category I. In the event of a minimum of 25 candidates not opting for a centre mentioned under Category II , candidates who had opted for the said centre would be allotted to the centre of their choice in order of preference in Category I as mentioned in their application form . If any candidate who has opted for a centre in Category II has not given his option for any alternate centre in Category I , he will be allotted to any of the nearest centre in Category I as per the discretion of the Institute .
The Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason . The above test is open only to eligible Members of the Institute who are already registered with the Institute for the said course . The fees payable for the above Assessment Test is Rs . 1000/ -
:
Payment of fees for the Assessment Test should be made only by Demand Draft. The Demand Draft may be of any Scheduled Bank and should be drawn in favour of the Secretary , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , payable at New Delhi only . Application together with the prescribed fee be sent so as to reach the Joint Secretary ( Exams ) - CC at New Delhi on or before 1st March 2005.
Applications for admission to the Assessment Test is required to be made in the prescribed form which may be obtained from the Joint Secretary ( Exams ) - CC , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , Indraprastha Marg , New Delhi - 110 002 on payment of Rs.25/ - per application form . The forms are also available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained there from on cash payment on or from 11th February 2005. Alternatively , the format of application form can be downloaded from the website of the Institute viz . www.icai.org and the cost of the application form of Rs . 25/ - can be added to the Assessment Test fee of Rs . 1000/ - and the Demand Draft for Rs . 1025/ - has to be sent . The last date for receipt of duly filled in application forms is 1st March 2005. The application together with the prescribed fee should be sent by Speed Post/Registered Post to the Joint Secretary ( Exams . ) - CC, New Delhi . The applications received after 1st March 2005 will not be entertained under any circumstances .
