I. The existing Article 91 shall be substituted by the following :
Article 91 : After every year , all the Directors shall retire from office but shall be eligible for re- election , re-nomination or re- co - option as the case may be . The retiring Director shall retain office until the new Board for the ensuring year has taken office , However , the Directors nominated by the Central Government shall continue to hold office for the term for which they are appointed .
II . The existing Article 95 shall be substituted by the following :
Article 95 The election of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman for the first three year after recog- nition shall req tire the concurrence of the Forward Markets Commission . No person shall hold the office of Chairman or a Vice- Chirman for a con- tinuous period exceeding 3 years . "
III . A new Article viz 102 ( 3 ) shall be added after the existing Article 102 (2 ) .
Article 102 (3 ) : The Forward Markets Commi- ssion shall have power to suspend /remove a Director of the Exchange whose conduct is found unbecoming of a Director .
