आ. अ. 24.-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 - क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग हरियाणा सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्रीमती उर्वशी गुलाटी , आई ० ए ० एस ० के स्थान पर श्री माणिक बी० सोनवाने आई० ए० एस० ( एच० वाई०-1977 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए हरियाणा राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्री सोनवाने हरियाणा सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।
3. श्री सोनवाने मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, हरियाणा के रूप में कार्य करते हुए हरियाणा सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
New Delhi , the 23rd March, 2005
O. N. 24. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( I ) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 (43 of 1950 ) , the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Haryana hereby nominates Shri Manik B. Sonawane , IAS ( HY : 1977) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Haryana with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Smt . Urvashi Gulati , IAS .
2. Shri Sonawane shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Haryana, which he may be holding before such assumption of office .
3. Shri Sonawane while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government ofHaryana except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge ofElection Department in the State Secretariat .

आ. अ. 25.-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 - क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग केरल सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री पी ०जे ० थॉमस , आई० ए० एस ० के स्थान पर श्रीमती नलिनी निटो, आई० ए० एस ० ( केएल: 1981 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए केरल राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्रीमती निटो केरल सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगी या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थी ।
3. श्रीमती निटो मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी , केरल के रूप में कार्य करते हुए केरल सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगी सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

2. Smt . Netto shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Kerala, which she may be holding before such assumption of office .
3. Smt . Netto while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Kerala shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Kerala except that she should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat .

( ए. जी. एम. यू. टी.- 988 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए अण्डमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. आयोग, अण्डमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह में पूरे समय के लिए मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी हेतु जोर नहीं दे रहा है और श्री संघी को अपने नियमित अतिरिक्त कार्यभार रखने की अनुमति देता है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1) of Section 13 A. of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 ( 43 of 1950 ) , the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Administration of the Union Territory ofAndaman & Nicobar Islands hereby nominates Shri Chetan Bhushan Sanghi, IAS ( AGMUT : 1988 ) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri Naresh Kumar, IAS .
2. The Commission is not insisting on a full -time Chief Electrol Officer in the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and has allowed Shri Sanghi to retain his regular additional charges .
