के दिनांक 23-2-2005 के आदेश सं ० 21/13 / 2004-सी एस I ( बी ) में विनिदिष्ट शर्तों और निबंधनों के अनुसार केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के नियमित अवर सचिव श्री के वी एस भीमा राव को उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग में 25-02-2005 के पूर्वाह्न से आगामी आदेशों तक 12000-375-16500 रुार के वेतनमान में पर्णत: तदर्थ आधार पर उप सचित्र (केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के चयन ग्रेड ) के पद पर निश्क्त करते हैं ।

सं ० 5 ( 3 ) / 2002- स्थापना- इस्पात मंत्रालय में केन्द्रीय चिवालय सेवा संवर्ग के निदेशक श्री के० पी० पांडियन को, उनका विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय में संयुक्त सचिव एवं वित्तीय सलाहकार के पद हेतु चयन होने पर दिनांक 24-2-2005 ( अपराह्न ) से कार्य मुक्त किया जाता है ।

श्री के ० पी० पांडियन की सेवाएं इसी तारीख से विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्यौगिकी मंत्रालय को सौंपो जाती हैं ताकि वे अपना नया कार्यभार संभाल सकें ।

2. इस तदर्थ पदोन्नति से श्री के वी एस भीमा राव उप चित्र के ग्रेड में ( सी एस एस चयन ग्रेड ) में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूचो में शामिल किए जाने या रिष्ठता आदि का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नही होगा ।

2. इस तदर्थ पदोन्नति से श्री पी० नागराजन को केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में निर्यामत नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूचो में शानिल किए जाने अथवा वरिष्ठता आदि का दावा करने का कोई विकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।

(II ) तदर्थ नियुक्ति किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण बताएं समाप्त की जा सकती है ।
