2. अनुभाग अधिकारी के रूप में तदर्थ नियुक्ति निम्न- लिखित शर्तों के अधीन होंगी:-
(क) तदर्थ नियुक्तियां कामवताऊ व्यवस्था होने के कारण उन्हें इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने या निय मित नियुक्ति हेतु चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने या अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नही देती ।
(क) यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति एक कामचलाऊ व्यवस्था के रूप में पूर्णतया अस्थाई होगी, इस नियुक्ति से उन्हें अनिश्चित समय तक इस ग्रेड में बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूचो में शामिल किए जाने अथवा अनुभाग अधिकरी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के दावे का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।
(ख ) यह तदर्थ व्यवस्था वरिष्ठता कोट /सीमित विभाग्रीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा ( एलडीसीई ) के जरिए अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में निर्यामत अभ्यथीं उपलब्ध होने तक बनी रहेगी । यदि तदर्थ रूप से निदुषित किए गए ये अधिकारी इनमें से किसी एक श्रेणो में नियमित तिनुषित हेतु अहर्ता प्राप्त नहीं कर लेते, तो वे ऐसे नियमित अधिकारी उालब्ध होने पर सहायक ग्रेड में प्रसाजित कर दिए जाएंगे ।
