2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति विशुद्ध रूप से तदर्थ आधार पर है और इससे उन्हें नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूचो में सम्मिलित होने के लिए ग्रेड में अनिश्चित रूप से बने रहने या ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा । तदर्थ नियुक्ति इसके लिए बिनः कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय समाप्त की जा सकतो है ।

2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति विशुद्ध रूप से तदर्थ आधार पर है और इससे उन्हें नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूत्रों में सम्मिलित होने के लिए ग्रेड में अनिश्चित रूप से बने रहने या ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करते का अधिकार नहीं होगा । तदर्थ नियुक्ति इसके लिए बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय समाप्त की जा सकती है ।
