सं. यू-16/53/94/( असम ) चि. शाखा-2--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (साधारण ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम 105 के तहत महानिदेशक को निगम की शक्तियां प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की दिनांक 25 अप्रैल , 1951 को हुई बैठक में पास किए गए संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश संख्या 1024 ( जी ) दिनांक 23.05.1983 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा 1-89 G1/2005

संख्या 31-वी-34-11/स्था. समिति/समन्वय, दिनांक 16.09.2004 जो कि स्थानीय समिति बार्शी के पुनर्गठन से संबंधित हैं, में निम्नलिखित सुधार करने का कष्ट करें :--
" श्री हंसराज हनुमानदास झंवर " क्रमांक -7 को "विनिमय -10ए-1 (इ ) " की बजाय " विनिमय 10ए-1 ( डी) " के अधीन पढ़ा जाये ।
ए.के. सिन्हा अपरआयुक्त डॉ. ( श्रीमती ) बी. डेका व डॉ. ( श्रीमती ) एल . दजारिका अंशकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी की मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए 01.01.05 से 31.12.05 व 19.08.04 से 18.08.05 यथानुसार राजकीय चिकित्सा आयुक्त ( पूर्व क्षेत्र ) , कोलकाता द्वारा निर्धारित तिनसुकिया व गौहाटी क्षेत्रों के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्यपरीक्षा करने तथा मूल प्रमाण पत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण- पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती हूं।

सं. 13वी. 34/13/1/89-94-05-हि. शाखा भारत सरकार के राजपत्र के भाग -3 , खण्ड-4 में दिनांक 10.11.1994 को प्रकाशित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की अधिसूचना संख्या 13 वी. 34/13/1/89-94 प्रशासन हरि दिनांक 01.10.1994 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( साधारण ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम 10-क के उप विनियम ( 2 ) ( 1 ) के उपबंधों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए स्थानीय समिति धारूहेड़ा के लिए अधिसूचना में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि में निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन किए गए हैं : --
