का.नि.आ. 34.-राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सेना आर्डनेंस कोर (समूह ' ख' राजपत्रित ) आर्डनेंस अधिकारी सिविलियन ( भण्डार ) भर्ती नियम, 2003 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: - 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सेना आर्डनेंस कोर ( समूह ' ख ' राजपत्रित ) आर्डनेंस अधिकारी सिविलियन ( भण्डार ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2005 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. सेना आर्डनेंस कोर ( समूह ' ख ' राजपत्रित ) आर्डनेंस अधिकारी सिविलियन ( भण्डार ) भर्ती नियम , 2003 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्तनियम कहा गया है ) के नियम 5 में, " लेखबद्ध करके " शब्दों के स्थान पर " लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, -
(क) स्तंभ 5 के शीर्षक के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शीर्षक रखा जाएगा अर्थात् " चयन अथवा अचयन पद " ;
(ख ) क्रम संख्यांक 1 में वर्णित पद के सामने, स्तंभ 12 के टिप्पण 1 में " आर्डनेंस अधिकारी सिविलियन ( भंडार ) " शब्दोंके पश्चात्" उनकी उपयुक्तता के निर्धारण द्वारा " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

S.R.O. 34. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Ordnance Corps , ( Group ' B' Gazetted) Ordnance Officer Civilian (Stores) Recruitment Rules , 2003 , namely :-
1. Short title and commencement. ( 1) These rules maybe called the Army Ordnance Corps , (Group 'B ' Gazetted) Ordnance Officer Civilian (Stores) Recruitment ( Amendment) Rules , 2005 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Army Ordnance Corps, (Group' B ' Gazetted) Ordnance Officer Civilian (Stores) Recruitment Rules, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in rule 5, for the words " in writing relax" the words " in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission , relax " shall be substituted .
3. In the said rules , in the Schedule,-
(a) for the heading of column 5 the following heading shall be substituted, namely " Whether selection post or non- selection post " ;
(b) against the post appearing at serial number 1 , under column 12, in note 1 after the words " Ordnance Officer Civilian (Stores)" , the words "by assessing their suitability " shall be inserted.

का.नि.आ. 35.- रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम , 1903 ( 1903 का 7 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है कि नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि के महाराष्ट्र राज्य में जिला अहमदनगर-414 006 में वाहन अनुसंधान एवं विकास स्थापना ( वी आर डी ई ) , वाहन नगर, अरंगांव के आस - पास होने की वजह से, इस भूमि के प्रयोग तथा उपभोग पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खण्ड ( ग ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रतिबंध लगाना आवश्यक है ताकि उक्त भूमि को इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से भवनों तथा अन्यअवरोधों से मुक्त रखा जा सके ।
2. उक्त भूमि के रेखाचित्र का निरीक्षण कलेक्टर, अहमदनगर के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ।
अनुसूची
महाराष्ट्र राज्य में वाहन अनुसंधान एवं विकास स्थापना ( वी आर डी ई ) , वाहननगर, अरंगांव, अहमदनगर के बाहरी प्राचीर के शीर्ष से 220 गज की दूरी के भीतर आने वाले क्षेत्र की सारी भूमि ।

S.R.O. 35. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Works of Defence Act , 1903 (7 of 1903 ) , the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose the restrictions specified in clause ( c) of section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule hereunder, being land in the vicinity of Vehicles Research and Development Establsihment (VRDE) , Vahannagar, Arangaon, in District Ahmednagar -414 006 in the State of Maharashtra , in order that the said land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette .
2. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the Office of the District Collector, Ahmednagar.

Allthe land comprised in the area lying within the distance of 220 yards from the crest of the outer parapet of the Vehicles Research and Development Establishment ( VRDE ) , Vahannagar, Arangaon, in District Ahmednagar-414 006 in the State of Maharashtra .
