भारत सरकार के राजपत्र में 20 अप्रैल 1946 को प्रकाशित तथा 29 अप्रैल 1954 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. ( 8 ) 70/बी 52 और भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 फरवरी , 1990 के असाधारण राजपत्र सं. 67 के अंतर्गत यथा संशोधित लोक ऋण अधिनियम 1944 की धारा 28 के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए लोक ऋण नियमावली 1946 के नियम 18 के अनुसरण, मार्च 2005 को समाप्त माह के लिए निम्नलिखित सूची खो गई आदि ऐसी प्रतिभूतियों के बारे में एतद्वारा विजापित की जाती है , जिसके संबंध में इस बात का विश्वास करने के लिए प्रथम दृष्टया आधार मौजूद है कि प्रतिभूतियां खो गयी हैं और आवेदकों का दावा न्यायोचित है । नीचे लिखे गये संबंधित दावेदारों से इतर सभी व्यक्ति जिनका प्रतिभूतियों पर किसी प्रकार का दावा हो , तत्काल महाप्रबंधक, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक केन्द्रीय कार्यालय , सरकारी और बैंक लेखा विभाग , केन्द्रीय ऋण प्रभाग , मुंबई -400 008 को संसूचित करें ।
सूची दो भागों में विभाजित की गई है । भाग ' क ' में अभी पहली बार विज्ञापित प्रतिभूतियां शामिल की गई हैं और भाग ' ख ' में पूर्व विज्ञापित प्रतिभूतियों की सूची दी गई है ।

सं. एन -15/ 13 /1 /1/ 2005- यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य ) विनियम 1950 के विनियम 95 -क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक महोदय ने 01 मई, 2005 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त II विनियम 95 - क तथा आन्ध्र प्रदेश कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( चिकित्सा हितलाभ ) नियम 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्: --
" जिला मेदक में हतनूर मण्डल के राजस्व ग्राम बोरपटला के अधीन आने वाले क्षेत्र। "

निदेशक (यो. एवं वि. ) सं. एन-15/ 13/06/12/2004- यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य ) विनियम 1950 के विनियम 95 - क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक महोदय ने 01 अप्रैल , 2005 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त II विनियम 95 - क तथा केरल राज्य बीमा (चिकित्सा हितलाभ ) नियम 1957 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ केरल राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्:--
"जिला कण्णूर के कण्णूर तालुक में मावीलै राजस्व ग्राम के अन्तर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्र । "

कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन

संख्या पी- IV/2 (6)84/ सीसीए/वोल्यूम- ।। कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम 1952 ( 1952 का 19) की धारा 5 (घ) की उपधारा 7 (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कार्यकारी समिति, केन्द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड, कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है तथा कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि स्टाफ (वर्गीकरण , नियंत्रण तथा अपील ) नियमावली , 1971 में और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
1.
(i) ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि स्टाफ (वर्गीकरण , नियंत्रण तथा अपील) नियम 2005 कहलायेंगे ।
(ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि स्टाफ (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण तथा अपील) नियम, 1971 में नियमों/उपनियमों में जिनका ब्यौरा नीचे दिया गया है , वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।
(क) दण्डों के खंड ( IX) के बाद नियम 7 में निम्नलिखित प्रावधान को जोड़ा जायेगा, अर्थात
" यदि किसी कर्मचारी के विरूद्ध प्रत्येक उप मामले में जहां आय के स्रोतों से अधिक अनुपातहीन परिसम्पत्तियों के कब्जे का आरोप या वैध पारिश्रमिक के अतिरिक्त किसी व्यक्ति से पारितोषण स्वीकार करने का आरोप , स्थापित हो जाता है तो खण्ड (VIII) या खण्ड (IX) में उल्लिखित दण्ड लगाया जायेगा " ।
"परन्तु किसी अपवादात्मक मामले में तथा लिखित में विशेष कारण रिकार्ड करके कोई अन्य दण्ड भी लगाया जा सकता है " ।
(ख) नियम 10 में उपनियम (8 क) के नीचे " नोट " में: - "अक्षर वो " के स्थान पर " अक्षर तीन " को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।
(ग) नियम 10 में नियम (8 ख) के बाद निम्नलिखित " नोट " को जोड़ा जायेगाः- " नोट":- सेवा निवृत कर्मचारी या संबंधित सेवा निवृत सरकारी कर्मचारी को एक समय में पांच से अधिक मामलों में रक्षा सहायक के रुप में कार्य नहीं करना चाहिये । सेवा निवृत कर्मचारी या सेवा निवृत सरकारी कर्मचारी को जांच अधिकारी को सन्तुष्ट करना चाहिये कि विचाराधीन मामले को मिलाकर उसके पास पांच से अधिक मामले नहीं है । 1514

(घ) नियम 11 में , उप नियम 2 के लिये निम्नलिखित उपनियम (2) तथा (2क) को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थातः-
"(2) अनुशासनिक प्राधिकारी , उसके द्वारा की गयी जांच, यदि कोई हो तो , की रिपोर्ट की प्रति भेजेगा अथवा जहां अनुशासनिक प्राधिकारी जांच अधिकारी नहीं है, वह कारणों सहित असहमति यदि कोई है , के साथ जांच अधिकारी की रिपोर्ट की प्रति भेजेगा । रिपोर्ट कर्मचारी के पक्ष में हो अथवा न हो, कर्मचारी उस पर लगाये गये किसी आरोप पर जांच अधिकारी के निष्कर्षों पर यदि चाहे तो , अपना लिखित अभ्यावेदन 15 दिन के भीतर अनुशासनिक प्राधिकारी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर सकता है ।"
" (2-क) अनुशासनात्मक प्राधिकारी कर्मचारी द्वारा प्रस्तुत अभ्यावेदन यदि कोई है , पर विचार करेगा तथा इस मामले में आगे कार्रवाई करने से पूर्व अपने निष्कर्षों को रिकार्ड करेगा जैसा कि उप नियम (3 ) तथा (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है । "
(ड) नियम 20 में उप नियम ( 1 ) के नीचे , उप नियम (क) के लिये निम्नलिखित उप नियम (क) को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा अर्थातः-
" (क) केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त द्वारा अध्यक्ष कार्यकारी समिति कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि को "
(च) नियम 23 में उपनियम (2) के नीचे प्रावधान ( ii ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रावधान को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।
" यदि बढ़ा हुआ दण्ड जिसको अपील प्राधिकारी लगाना चाहता है , नियम 7 के खण्ड (V) से (IX) में विनिर्दिष्ट दण्डों में से एक है तथा मामले में नियम 10 के अंतर्गत जांच हुई है , तो अपीलकर्ता को प्रस्तावित दण्ड के विरूद्ध 15 दिन के अंदर अभ्यावेदन देने का अवसर प्रदान करके, अपील प्राधिकारी ऐसे आदेश कर सकता है जैसा उचित समझे, तथा "

i.
भाग- समूह " घ " में चपरासी/चौकीदार/माली के पद हटाये जायेंगे तथा " बहु कार्य परिचारक " ( मल्टी टास्क एटेंडेंट) प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये " । पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे ।
ii.
भाग- ।। समूह " ग " में, "सहायक " के पद के बाद लेखा परीक्षक का पद प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये । पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वहीं होंगे जैसाकि सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक के लिए हैं ।
भाग- ।। समूह " ग " में सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक के पद के बाद " डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर" का पद प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए । इस पद के लिए : निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे जो सा.सु.स. के पद के लिए है । भाग III- खण्ड 4]

iv. भाग ।। समूह ' ग' में 'सहायक' के पद के बाद " पर्यवेक्षक (कम्प्यूटर सेल) " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।इस पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे जो सहायक के लिए हैं ।
V. भाग ।। समूह 'ग' में 'उ.श्रे.लि. ' के पद को हटा दिया जाए और उसके स्थान पर 'सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए । इस पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे ।
vi . भाग - ।। समूह 'ग' में " आशुलिपिक ग्रेड ।। " के पद से पूर्व सहायक के पद को हटा दिया जाए और इसे भाग ।।। समूह ' ख ' में प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए । इस पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी अपर के.भ.नि.आ. (मा.सं.) होंगे ।
vii . भाग ।।। समूह ' ख' में 'सतर्कता अधिकारी' के पद को हटा दिया जाए । viii. भाग ।।। - समूह ' ख' में " कल्याण अधिकारी " के पद से पूर्व " प्रोग्रामर " का पद प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए । इन पदों के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वहीं होंगे जो सहायक निदेशक (रा.भा.) के लिए हैं ।
ix. भाग ।।। समूह ' ख' में " कल्याण अधिकारी " के पद के पश्चात 'सहायक प्रोग्रामर' का पद प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए । इस पद के लिए निर्धारत प्राधिकारी वहीं होंगे जो 'कल्याण अधिकारी' के लिए हैं ।
x . भाग ।।। समूह 'ख' में 'सहायक प्रोग्रामर' के पद के पश्चात 'सहायक लेखा परीक्षा अधिकारी' को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए । इस पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे जो ' कल्याण अधिकारी' के लिए हैं ।
xi. भाग ।।। समूह 'ख' में ' अनुसंधान सहायक' के पद के बाद ' कनिष्ठ अभियंता' के पद को हटा दिया जाए और भाग ।। समूह ' ग' में 'सहायक' के पदों के पूर्व प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए । इस पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे जो 'सहायक' के पद के लिए है ।
xii . भाग ।।। समूह 'ख' में ' अपील प्राधिकारी' के कॉलम के वरिष्ठ निजी सहायक के पद हेतु' अध्यक्ष , केन्द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड' शब्दों के स्थान पर 'अध्यक्ष, कार्यकारी समिति' प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए और वरिष्ठ निजी सहायक के पद को हटा दिया जाए और निजी सचिव को प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।

xxi . भाग IV- समूह ' क' में ' अधीक्षक इंजीनियर' के पद को हटाकर उसके स्थान पर 'मुख्य अभियंता' को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये । इस पद हेतु निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे जो अपर के.भ.नि.आ. के लिए है ।
xxii. भाग IV- समूह 'क' में 'उपनिदेशक (प्रशिक्षण )' के पद के पश्चात् - "उपनिदेशक (रा.भा. ) " को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये । इस पद के लिए निर्धारित प्राधिकारी वही होंगे जो उपनिदेशक (प्रशिक्षण) के लिए है ।

1. (i) ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन , सहायक भविष्य निधि आयुक्त (संशोधन) भर्ती नियम , 2005 कहलायेंगे ।
(ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन , सहायक भविष्य निधि आयुक्त, भर्ती नियम, 1999 में अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या 2 तथा 12 में निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित/जोड़ा/हटाया जायेगा:-

सं . 1 सीए (7)/83/ 2005: चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स विनियम, 1988 का और संशोधन करने के लिए विनियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप , जिसे इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेट्स ऑफ इंडिया की परिषद् बनाने के लिए प्रस्तावित करती है, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेट्स अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 38) की धारा 30 की उपधारा (3 ) द्वारा यथाअपेक्षित, उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए, जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और एतद्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों पर उस तारीख से, जिससे राजपत्र की प्रतियां, जिसमें प्रारूप विनियम प्रकाशित हुआ है, जनता के लिए उपलब्ध करा दी गई है, पैंतालिस दिनों की कालावधि को या उसके समाप्त होने के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।

प्रारूप विनियम.
1. इन विनियमों को चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स (संशोधन) विनियम, 2005 कहा जाएगा ।
2. चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स विनियमों 1988 में ;
(i) विनियमों 25 ख (2) में, उप विनियम (2) के पश्चात् और स्पष्टीकरण के पूर्व , निम्नलिखित परंतुक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् : -

(ii) विनियम 28ख में, उप-विनियम (3) के पश्चात् और स्पष्टीकरण के पूर्व, निम्नलिखित परंतुक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्

इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 1985 ( 1985 की संख्या 50) के अनुभाग 25(2) के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विश्वविद्यालय के प्रबंध बोर्ड ने 16.11.2004 को आयोजित अपनी 81 वीं बैठक में विश्वविद्यालय के शोध उपाधि कार्यक्रमों (अध्यादेश 13 ) से संबंधित अध्यादेश में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए हैं
संशोधन के बाद निम्नलिखित खंड को इस प्रकार पढ़ा जाएगा
1. प्रस्तावना
विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा एकीकृत माध्यम या अन्यथा से दर्शनशास्त्र में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि (एम.फिल.).
3.2 उम्मीदवार एम.फिल/ पीएच.डी. कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश का पात्र होगा बशर्ते वहः
क) विश्वविद्यालय की स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि या इसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त अन्य किसी क्षेत्र में कोई शैक्षिक योग्यता रखता हो, जिसे समय - समय पर विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा इस उद्देश्य के लिए अधिसूचित किया गया है और इसमें कम- से- कम 55 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए हों (अ.जा./अ.ज.जा. के उम्मीदवारों के मामले में 50 प्रतिशत) , और
ख) विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर यू.जी.सी. /सी.एस.आई.आर. के पैटर्न पर आयोजित प्रवेश परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो ।
ग) प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों के सहयोग से चलाए जा रहे पूर्णकालिक एकीकृत डॉक्टोरल कार्यक्रम में निर्धारित प्रक्रिया से किसी विषय में प्रतिभाशाली स्नातक, प्रवेश के पात्र होंगे ।
लेकिन, एम.फिल. उपाधि वाले उम्मीदवार या डी.ए.ई. की जे.ईएस.टी. या यू.जी.सी. नेट या आई.आई.टी. की गेट परीक्षा पास या संबंधित शिक्षण/ प्रायोगिक/उद्योग/ व्यावसायिक अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश परीक्षा देने से छूट प्राप्त होगी ।
और आगे विश्वविद्यालय में कम - से - कम दो वर्ष की सेवा पूरी कर ली हो ।
3.3.1 वे सभी जिन्होंने . अध्येतावृत्ति न की हो । पूर्णकालिक विद्यार्थी विश्वविद्यालय या इस उद्देश्य के लिए विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त अन्य किसी संस्थान में अपनी परियोजना पर काम करेंगे । 1523 भाग III- खण्ड 4]

3.5 . उम्मीदवार जो उसके पंजीकरण को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा । लेकिन, विशेष परिस्थितयों में छः माह का समय और दिया जा सकता है ।
3.6 ( iii) अध्यादेश के प्रावधानों और विश्वविद्यालय के विनियमों का अनुपालन न करने पर ।
3.7 शोध परिषद के लिए आवेदन जिनका पंजीकरण रद्द हो गया है । और पुनः पंजीकरण पर विचार किया जा सकता है ।
5.1 एम.फिल. कार्यक्रम में 64-68 क्रेडिट होंगे और पीएच.डी. कार्यक्रम में 96-100 क्रेडिट होंगे , जिसमें से प्रत्येक मामले में 32-36 क्रेडिट पाठ्यक्रम कार्य का होगा ।
11.2 मूल्यांकन योजना का निर्धारण शैक्षिक परिषद द्वारा किया जाएगा । इसमें कार्यक्रम के प्रत्येक घटक को दिया जाएगा ।
11.3 शोध परिषद, शैक्षिक परिषद के अनुमोदन के लिए ऐसे नियमों का सुझाव देगी जो शोध परियोजना/ शोध प्रबंध बोर्ड को स्वीकार करने/ संशोधन करने/अस्वीकार करने के लिए आवश्यक हों । 12. विद्यार्थी पर.... परीक्षक संतोषजनक रिपोर्ट देगा । किया जाएगा जब

No.P - IV/2( 6)84/ CCA/Vol.II - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section 7(a) of Section 5 D of the Employees ' Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act , 1952 ( 19 of 1952) , Executive Committee , Central Board of Trustees ' , Employees Provident Fund makes the following rules and further amend the Employees ' Provident Fund Staff (Classification, Control and Appeal ) Rules , 1971 namely:-
1 (i) These Rules may be called Employees Provident Fund Staff (Classification, Control and Appeal ) Rules , 2005
(ii ) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Employees Provident Fund Staff ( Classification, Control and Appeal ) Rules , 1971 following entries shall be substituted against the existing entries in the Rules / Sub -Rules shown as below: -
(a) In rule 7, after clause ( ix ) of the penalties , the following provision shall be inserted, namely:
"Provided that, in every case in which the charge of possession of assets disproportionate to known sources of income or the charge of acceptance from any person of any gratification, other than legal remuneration, or doing or forbearing to do any official act is established, the penalty mentioned in Chase (viii ) or Clause (ix) shall be imposed. "
"Provided further that in any exceptional case and for special reason recorded in writing, any other penalty may be imposed. "
(b) In rule 10, in ' NOTE ' below sub-rule (8A) : --
`for the word " two ", the word " three" shall be substituted .
(c) In rule 10, after rule (8B), the following ' Note ' shall be inserted namely:
"NOTE: - " The retired employee or retired Government servant concerned should not act as Defence Assistant in more than five cases at a time. The retired employee or retired [PART III-SEC. 4 1530

Government servant should satisfy the Inquiring Officer that he does not have more than five cases at hand including the case in question . "
(d) In rule 11 , for sub- rule (2) the following sub-rules (2) and (2A) shall be substituted, namely: --
" (2) The Disciplinary Authority shall forward or cause to be forwarded a copy of the report of the inquiry , if any, held by the Disciplinary Authority or where the Disciplinary Authority is not the Inquiring Authority , a copy of the report of the Inquiring Authority together with its own tentative reasons for disagreement, if any , with the findings of Inquiring Authority on any article of charge to the employee who shall be required to submit , if he so desires , his written representation or submission to the Disciplinary Authority within fifteen days , irrespective of whether the report is favourable or not to the employee."
" (2 - A) The Disciplinary Authority shall consider the representation , if any, submitted by the employee and record its findings before proceeding further in the matter as specified in sub -rules (3 ) and (4 ). "
(e) In rule 20, below sub - rule ( 1 ) , for sub - rule (a) , the following sub- rule (a ) shall be substituted , namely: -
"( a) By the Central Provident Fund Commissioner to the Chairman, Executive Committee , EPF . "
(f) In rule 23 , below sub- rule (2 ) , the provision (ii ) shall be substituted with the following provision: --
"If the enhanced penalty which the Appellate Authority proposes to impose is one of the penalties specified in Clauses (v) to ( ix) of Rule 7 and an enquiry under Rule 10 has been held in the case, the Appellate Authority shall make such orders as it may deem fit after the appellant has been given a reasonable opportunity of making a representation, within 15 days , against the proposed penalty ; and"
(g) In Schedule annexed thereto: -
1. Under heading " Central Office " .
i. In part I -Group ' D ' the post of " Peons / Chowkidar / Mali " shall be deleted and substituted by " Multi Task Attendant" . The prescribed authority for the post shall be the same.
ii. In part II- Group ' C ' , after the post of " Assistant " , the post of " Auditor " shall be inserted. The prescribed authorities for the post shall be the same as for that of S.S.A.

V. In Part II -Group ' C ' the post of " UDC" shall be deleted and substituted by Social Security Assistant " . The prescribed Authority for the post shall be the same.
vi. In Part II Group ' C ' before the post of " Stenographer Grade II " the post of "Assistant " shall be deleted and insert in the part III - Group ' B ' . The prescribed Authority for the post shall be the Addl . CPFC (HR) .
vii . In part III-Group ' B ' , the post " Vigilance Officer " shall be deleted.
viii . In part III-Group ' B ' , before the post of " Welfare Officer " , the post of Programmer" shall be inserted. The prescribed authorities for the post shall be the same as for that of " AD ( OL) ".
ix. In part III-Group ' B ' , after the post of " Welfare Officer" , the post of " Assistant Programmer " shall be inserted . The prescribed authorities for the post shall be the same as for that of " welfare Officer" .

xii. (h) A new rule i.e. Rule 28 shallbe inserted , namely: -
"28. Saving Clause:
Government of India /Department of Personnel & Training's instructions/ clarifications , issued from time to time with regard to CCS (CC&A) Rules , 1965 shall also apply to the employees of Central Board mutatis mutandis so far as these relate to and are not inconsistent with any of the provisions of EPF Staff (CC &A) Rules , 1971. "

1 ( i) These Rules may be called Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Amendment ) Recruitment Rules , 2005.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

No. 1 -CA( 7 ) / 83/ 2005 : The following draft of certain regulations further to amend the Chartered Accountants Regulations , 1988, which the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accouritants of India proposes to make , is hereby published , as required by sub - section (3 ) of section 30 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949 ) for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby , and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of period of forty-five days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India in which this notification is published are made available to the public .
Any person desiring to make any objection or suggestion in respect of the said draft regulations , may forward the same for consideration by the Council of the Institute within the period so specified above to the Secretary , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indraprastha Marg , New Delhi - 110 002.
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period so specified will be taken into consideration by the said Council .

1. These regulations may be called the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Regulations , 2005.
2. IntheChartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 , -
(i) In regulation 25B ( 2) , after sub - regulation ( 2) and before the explanation , the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
"Provided that a candidate , who has exhausted his five consecutive attempts in the Professional Education ( Examination I ) , shall be eligible to be admitted to the said examination for an additional attempt in any of the examinations held on or before the 31st December , 2005. "
(ii ) In regulation 28B , after sub - regulation ( 3) and before the explanation, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:
"Provided that a candidate, who has exhausted his five consecutive attempts in the Professional Education (Examination II ) , shall be eligible to be admitted to the said examination for an additional attempt in any of the examinations.held on or before the 31 December , 2005. "
