निवेशकों के उप-खातों के लिए समापनोत्तर सत्त्र में विशिष्ट ग्राहक कूट संख्या आबंटित कर सकें । 1.1 म्युच्युअल फंड और विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशक आर्डर प्रविष्टि स्तर पर मूल म्युच्युअल फंड और मूल विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों से संबंधित विशिष्ट ग्रहक कूट संख्याओं की प्रविष्टि करेंगे तथा म्युच्युअल फंड और विदेशी संस्यःगत विवेशक म्युच्युअल फंडों की अलग-अलग स्कीमों के लिए और विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों और उनके उप- खातों के लिए समापनोत्तर सत्त्र में विशिष्ट ग्राहक कूट संख्याएं आबंटित करेगें ।
उप-नियम 90ज
सभी विनिर्दिष्ट बिचौलिए और एक्सचेंज के सदस्यों सहित, उनके सगे संबंधी , द्वितीयक बाजार के सभी लेनदेनों के लिए विशिष्ट ग्राहक कोड के बदले में बाजार सहभागियों के केंद्रीय डेटाबेस ( मैपिन ) के अंतर्गत प्राप्त की गई विशिष्ट पहचान संख्या ( यूआईएन ) उद्धृत करेंगे ।
1.1 सभी विनिदिष्ट बिचौलिए , उनके सगे-संबंधी और विनिदिष्ट निवेशक
(क) मैपिन डेटाबेस के प्रस्तुत ब्योरों में यदि कोई परि- वर्तन होंगे तो, उनकी सूचना 30 दिन के भीतर देंगे ।
(ख ) मह सुनिश्चित मारेंगे कि किसी व्यक्ति के सगे- संबंधी बन जाने पर, उसके 30 दिन के भीतर उसे विशिष्ट पहचान संख्या ( यूआईएन) आबंटित कर की जाती है अथवा वह इसके लिए आवेदन कर देता है ।
1.2 ऐसे सभी निवासी निवेशक जो निगमित निकाय नहीं हैं और वे प्रतिभूति बाजार में " विनिर्दिष्ट निवेशक" के रुप में एक लाख रुपए या उससे अधिक मूल्य के (प्रमुख बाजार अथवा द्वितीयक बाजार में किसी सूचीबद्ध प्रतिभूति में किसी लेनदेन तया म्युच्युअल फंडों के यूनिटों या सामूहिक निवेश स्कीमों में किसी लेनदेन ( सहित ) कोई लेनदेन करते हैं तो उन्हें 31 दिसंबर , 2005 से पूर्व विशिष्ट पहचान संख्या (यूआईएन ) प्राप्त करनी होती ।
1.3 विनिर्दिष्ट निवेशकों के रूप में विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों, उनके उप-खातों और विदेशी उद्यम पूंजी निषेशकों को 31 दिसंबर, 2005 से पूर्व विशिष्ट पहचान संख्या ( यूआईएन ) प्राप्त करनी होसी ।

Amendment in the Bye - laws of The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd. by modification in existing Bye - law No. 90A & 90H duly approved by Securities & Exchange Board of India vide their letter No. MRD / DSA /DSE /40186 / 05 dated May 10 , 2005 .
Bye- law 90A
1.0 The Exchange shall generate a Unique Code for mutual funds and each scheme of a mutual fund, foreign institutional investors and their sub - accounts and provide a mecha- nism to enable the mutual funds and the foreign institutional investors to allocate the unique client codes to the individual schemes of the mutual funds and sub - accounts of the foreign institutional investors in the post closing session.
1.1 The mutual funds and the foreign institutional investors shall enter the unique client codes pertaining to the parent mutual fund and the parent foreign institutional investors at the order entry level and do allocation to the individual schemes of the mutual funds and sub - accounts of the foreign institutional investors in the post closing session .
Bye- law 90H
All specified intermediaries and their related persons inclu ing members of the exchange shall quote, the Unique Identification Number (UIN) obtained under the Central Database of market Participant ( MAPIN) database in lieu of the Uniqe Client Code for all secondary market transactions .
1.1 All specified intermediary , their related persons and specified investors shall :
(a) Intimate changes , if any , in the particulars submitted to the MAPIN Database within 30 days .
(b) Ensure that within 30 days of any person becoming a related person , he has been allotted or has applied for Unique Identi- fication Number (UIN) .
1.2 All resident investors not being bodies corporate who enter into any securities market transaction ( including any transaction in the primary market or secondary market in any listed securities and any transaction in units of mutual funds or collective investment schemes) of value of one lakh rupees or more , as "Specified Investors " , are required to obtain a UIN before December 31 , 2005 .
1.3 Foreign accounts Institutional Investors , sub- and foreign venture capital investors as "specified investors " are req. ired to obtain a UIN before December 31, 2005 .
1.4 The applicant who is a natural pers on must provide biometric impressions of the left thumb , left index finger , right thumb and right index finger and photograph electronically on the system of designated Service Provider .
1.5 All specified investors after being allotted UIN have the continuing obligations to intimate changes , if any , in the particulars sub.nitted to the MAPIN Database within 30 days .
1.6 No specified investors not being a body corporate shall buy , sell or deal in any securities which are listed on any recognised stock exchange or in units of mutual fund от a collective investment scheme or subscribe to securities which are proposed to be listed in any recognised stock exchange or units of the Mutual fund or a collective investment scnene unless suca speciiei lavestor has been allotted a UIN by December 31, 2005 .
