पात्रता की शर्तें
100. कोई भी सदस्य गनिंग बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में चुने जाने के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा यदि

स्पष्टीकरण : यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि इस खण्ड ( vii ) में फिर से चुने जाने के लिए सदस्य के पात्र होने के लिए पहले दो वर्ष की अवधि एक्सचेंज पर कारोबार कर रही भागीदारी फर्म के सभी सदस्यों पर अथवा कार्पोरेट सदस्य (भले ही थे भागीदार/ नामिती बोर्ड के समापन के समय क्रमशः बोर्ड पर थे अथवा नहीं ) , के सभी नामितियों पर भी लागू होगी । 100A. ( iii) इस नियन के उप नियम ( i ) तथा ( ii ) में उल्लिखित के अनुसार एकल भागीदार अथवा गठित व्यक्ति (कान्स्टीट्यूटेड अटार्नी) नियम 100 के खण्ड ( i ) तथा (ii) से ( vii) में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट पात्रता मानदण्डों का पालन करेगा ।

THE STOCK EXCHANGE , MUMBAI Insertion of Sub- Clause ( vii) in Rule 100 and Amendments to Sub - Clauses ( iii) and ( iv) of Rule 100A of the Rules , Bye- Laws and Regulations of the Exchange Pertaining Disqualification of a Member of the Exchange to act as a Member of the Governing Board in case he was a member of the Governing Board at the time of its Supercession , as approved by SEBI vide it's Letter No. MRD / DSA/BSE/2005/37596 dated the 4th April , 2005 .
