No. ERB - I / 2004/ 23 / 29- Reference Ministry of Railways (Railway Board's ) Notification of even number dated 4-9-2004 regarding constitution of High Level Committee for a period of 3 months with effect from 5-9-2004 under the Chairmanship of Justice U.C. Banerjee , Judge (Retd . ) , Supreme Court of India , to inquire into the incident of fire in Train No. 9166 Sabarmati Express at Godhra station on 27-2-2002 and further Notification of even number dated 30-11-2004 and 4-3-20 5 extending the tenure of the High Level Committee upto 4-3-2005 and 4-6-2005 respectively .
सं ० ईआरबी-1/ 2004/ 23/ 29--रेल मंत्रालय की 4-9-2004 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना देखें जिसके अनुसार 27-02-2002 को सोधरा स्टेशन पर गाड़ी सं ० 9166 साबरमती एक्सप्रेस में लगी आग की घटना की जांच करने के लिए भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश ( सेवानिवृत्त ) श्री यू० सी० बैनर्जीकी अध्यक्षता में 5-9-2004 से 3 माह की अवधि के लिए एक उच्च स्तरीय समिति गठित की गई थी और 30-11-2004 और 4-3-2005 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचनाओं के अनुसार इसका कार्यकाल क्रमशः 4-3-2005 और 4-6-2005 तक बढ़ाया गया था ।
2. भारत सरकार ने उक्त उच्च स्तरीय समिति के कार्यकाल को 4-6-2005 से आगे अगले 3 माह की अवधि अर्थात 4-9-2005 तक बढ़ाने का विनिश्चय किया है ।
2. The Government of India have decided to extend the tenure of the said High Level Commi- ttee for another 3 months beyond 4-6-2005 i.e. upto 4-9-2005.
इसे राष्ट्रपति जी के आदेश से और उनकी ओर से जारी किया जाता है ।
