2. यह नियुक्ति कार्यभार ग्रहण की तारीख से 6.6.2007 अथवा अगले आदेश जारी होने तक प्रभावी रहेगी ।

3. प्रोन्नत पद के कार्यकाल के दौरान, अकादमी में आरक्षक का एक पद आस्थगित रखा जाएगा । अस्थायी रूप से प्रोन्नत यह पद नियमित रिक्ति होने पर अथवा श्रीमती तिलोत्तमा वर्मा द्वारा उक्ते पद रिक्त किए जाने पर इनमें से जो भी पहले लागू हो , पदावनत हो जाएगा ।
