का.नि.आ. 53.-केन्द्रीय सरकार, रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम, 1903 ( 1903 का 7 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कि इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित कर्नाटक राज्य में अवस्थित भूमि जो इलेक्ट्रानिक्स तथा रेडार विकास स्थापना, सी.वी. रामन नगर, बेंगलूर -560 093 के सामीप्य की भूमि के प्रयोग और उपयोग को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड (ग ) में विनिर्दिष्ट निबंधन लागू होंगे । जिससे कि इस अधिसूचना की प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त भूमि को भवनों और अन्य बाधाओं से मुक्त रखा जा सके ।
2. उक्त भूमि के स्केच रेखांक का निरीक्षण जिला कलक्टर, बेंगलूर, कर्नाटक के कार्यालय में किया जा सकेगा ।
अनुसूची
इलेक्ट्रानिक्स तथा रेडार विकास स्थापना, सी.वी. रामन नगर, बेंगलूर-560093 , कर्नाटक की बाहरी मुडेर के सिरे से लगभग एक सौ नौ गज दूरी के अंदर आने वाले क्षेत्र की सभी भूमियां होंगी ।

said Act, upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule hereunder, being land laying in the vicinity of Electronics andRadar Development Establishment , CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore-560093 , in the State of Karnataka in order that the said land maybe kept free from buildings and other obstructions from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
2. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the Office ofthe Collector, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Allthe land comprised in the area lying within a distance of approximately one hundred nine yards from the crest ofthe outer parapet of the Electronics and Radar Development Establishment, Bangalore-560093 , Karnataka.

2. उक्त भूमि के स्केच रेखांक का निरीक्षण जिला कलक्टर, देहरादून, उत्तरांचल के कार्यालय में किया जा सकेगा ।

का.नि.आ. 57.-केन्द्रीय सरकार, नौ सेना अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 62 ) की धारा 184 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नौ सेना ( अनुशासन और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध ) विनियम, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. (1 ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नौ सेना ( अनुशासन और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 2005 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. नौसेना ( अनुशासन और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध ) विनियम, 1965 के विनियम 2 में खंड ( घघ ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खंड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
(घक) " कमान आफिसर " से किसी पोत, सबमैरिन, एयर स्क्वॉड्रन या स्थापन की वास्तविक कमान का आफिसर या अन्य व्यक्तिअभिप्रेत है ।

S.R.O. 57. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 184 of the Navy Act, 1957 (62 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Navy (Discipline and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 1965 , namely:-

[PART II-SEC. 4] 1. ( 1) These Regulations may be called the Navy (Discipline and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. IntheNavy (Discipline and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations , 1965 , in regulations 2 , for clause (dd) the following clause shall be substituted namely:-
'(da) " Commanding Officer " means the officer or other person in actual command ofa ship , submarine, air squadron or establishment.
