3. पात्रता के अध्यधीन प्रोन्नति

No. 4/24/2004- CSI ( i ) dated 25th May 2005, Shri Chandan Singh , CSS is included in the SelectionGrade select list of the Central Secretariat Service for the year 1994. Accordingly, he is deemed to have been appointed to the Selection Grade of the CSS (Deputy Secretary), on regular basis , with effect from 1st July, 1994 for the purpose of approved service and for fixing his pay as Deputy Secretary on a notional basis .
