सं.- 11-1/3004 - था. उ. पःअस्भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद अधिनियम 1947 1947 कम 45) की धारा 10 के अधीन भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद की दिनांक 30 अप्रैल 2008 कुडी सुई कौठक पर्नेरपारित संकल्प द्वारा दी गई निम्नलिखितग्योषणो की, तउक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा ( 1) के अधीक विपेक्षित इनद्द्वास प्रकाशित कियाजाता है, भामतः
उत्तरांचल स्टेट नामेडिकल कोल्टी, उत्तरारांचा स्टेट मेडिकल फैकल्टी, हरायूमैनोकिपङ्ग एणःएमः तथा जी. एन. एम. अर्हताएं प्रदान देहरादून द्वारादत्तप्रदत एन. एस . एक्यातथा करनेकेनेप्रकोप्रयोजन के लिए उत्तरांच सरकार द्वाराय्याम्यता प्राप्त प्राधिकरणहै, ने भारतीय उपचर्या जी. एन. एमःअतिाओं कोयताम्बेता देना परिचारिकाध्धमधिनियम 1947 ( 1947 मम 4 ) विधीतिठित भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद से आवेदन कियीायव्हि जिउनके द्वास प्रदत्त ए. एन. एमहातथी जी! एम एमाओं को 'उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोक्र्यो बन कि लिए मान्यता दी जाए ।
अब अवरिवारिषदे की इस प्रयोजन के लिए हुई बैठक में यह पारित किया कि निम्नलिखित अर्हताएं यदियदि आउँअप्रैल 2005 को अथवा उसके पश्चात् प्रदान की जाती है तो उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के किपलिएमान्यता प्राप्त अर्हताएं होगी नामतः
" उसळणारांचलेस्टेट मेडिकल फेकल्डी, देहरादून द्वारा 30 अप्रैल 2005 को अथवा इसके पश्चात् प्रदरप्रदत्तप्स. एनः एम. तथा जी. एन. एम. अर्हताएं"

सं. -11-1/2004- भा. उ. प.-- भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम 1947 ( 1947 का 48 ) की धारा 10 के अधीन भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद की दिनांक 30 अप्रैल 2005 की हुई बैठक में पारित संकल्प द्वारा दी गई निम्नलिखित घोषणा को, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन यथापेक्षित एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, नामतः छत्तीसगढ़ नर्सेज रजिस्ट्रेशन कॉंसिल, रायपुर द्वारा प्रदत्त ए. एन. एम. तथा जी. एन. एम. अर्हताओं को मान्यता देना ।
छत्तीसगढ़ नर्सेज रजिस्टेशन कौंसिल, रायपुर जोकि ए. एन. एम. तथा जी. एन. एम. अर्हताएं प्रदान करने के प्रयोजन के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त प्राधिकरण है, ने भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद अधिनियम 1947 ( 1947 का 48 ) के अधीन गठित भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद से आवेदन किया है कि उनके द्वारा प्रदत्त ए. एन. एम. तथा जी. एन. एम. अर्हताओं को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए मान्यता दी जाए ।
अब, परिषद की इस प्रयोजन के लिए हुई बैठक में यह पारित किया कि निम्नलिखित अर्हताएं यदि 30 अप्रैल 2005 को अथवा उसके पश्चात् प्रदान की जाती है तो उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त अर्हताएं होगी नामतः
" छत्तीसगढ़ नर्सेज रजिस्ट्रेशन कौंसिल, रायपुर द्वारा 30 अप्रैल 2005 को अथवा इसके पश्चात् प्रदत्त ए. एन. एम. तथा जी. एन. एम. अर्हताएं ।

अतः केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 1 की उपधारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपर्युक्त स्थापनाओं पर उस या उसी प्रभावी तिथि से अधिनियम को लागू करते हैं जो उक्त स्थापनाओं के नाम के सामने दर्शायी गई है ।

सं. रा.स.वि.नि. -1--1/88- प्रशा . राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम के सेवा विनियम, 1967 के नियम- 7- क के द्वारा प्राप्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निगम के प्रबन्ध मंडल ने 1 मार्च, 2005 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक में निर्णय लिया है कि सहायक निदेशक के संबंध में सीधी भर्ती/पदोन्नति हेतु मौजूदा प्रावधान के नीचे " नियुक्ति का तरीका " के कालम -7 के अन्तर्गत निम्नलिखित उपबंध सम्मिलित किया जाये:-- " किन्तु यह प्रावधान किया गया है कि सीधी भर्ती पद के विरुद्ध उस उम्मीदवार को, जिसने प्रबंध प्रशिक्षणार्थी के रूप में प्रबंध प्रशिक्षण संतोषजनक ढंग से पूरा कर लिया हो , अनारक्षित पदों के विरुद्ध सहायक निदेशक के पद पर नियुक्त किया जा सकता है । "
उपर्युक्त संशोधन 1 मार्च, 2005 से लागू होगा ।

No. 11-1 / 2004 - INC-The following declaration made by a resolution passed at a meeting of the Indian Nursing Council held on 30th April 2005 under Section 10 of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (48 of 1947) is hereby published, as required by Sub -section (1 ) of Section 15 of the said Act, namely :-
Recognition of the Auxiliary Nurse Midwives and General Nursing & Midwifery qualification granted by the Uttranchal State Medical Faculty on or after 30thApril 2005.
WHEREAS , the Uttranchal State Medical Faculty, Dehradun being an authority recognized by the Govt . of Uttranchal for granting Auxiliary Nurse Midwives and General Nursing & Midwifery has applied to the Indian Nursing Council constituted under the INC act, 1947 (48 of 1947) as amended that the qualification granted by it in Auxiliary Nurse Midwives and General Nursing & Midwifery be recognized for the purpose of the said Act:
NOW, the Council at its meeting held on 30th April 2005 for the said purpose resolved that the following qualification when granted on or after 30th April 2005 shall be recognized qualifications for the purpose ofthe Act , namely :

In exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 7-A of National Cooperative Development Corporation Service Regulation, 1967 , the Board of Management of the Corporation in its meeting held on 1-3-2005 has decided that in the recruitment rules for the post of Assistant Director the following proviso be added under column- 7 of " Method of Recruitment " below the existing provision for direct recruitment/promotion :
"Provided that against direct recruit post, a candidate who has satisfactorily completed management training as aManagement Trainee may be appointed to the post of Assistant Director against un -reserved posts . " The above amendment will be effective from 1st March , 2005 .
