दिनांक 8 जून 2005 के सेबी के पत्र सं . एमआरडी/ डीएसए/बीएसई/ 42191 / 05 द्वारा यथा अनुमोदित एक्सचेंज द्वारा पे आउट डेट के बाद एक कार्य दिवस के भीतर अपने ग्राहकों ( क्लायंट्स ) को निधियों के भुगतान/प्रतिभूतियों की सुपुर्दगी के लिए व्यवस्था करने के लिए एक्सचेंज के नियमों , उप नियमों तथा विनियमों के उप नियम 247 (A) ( 3 ) में आशोधन करना
जब कि प्रतिभूति करार ( विनियम ) अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 10 (4) के अधीन किसी उप नियम का बनाया जाना या उसमें आशोधन करना या संशोधन करना उसके पूर्व प्रकाशन की शर्त के अधीन होता है ।
अतएव , अब बीएसई इसके द्वारा दिनांक 8 जून 2005 के सेबी के पत्र सं. एमआरडी/डीएसए/बीएसई/ 42191 /05 द्वारा यथा अनुमोदित आशोधित उप नियम 247 (A) ( 3 ) प्रकाशित करता है । ग्राहकों तथा ब्रोकरों के बीच लेनदेनों का विनियमन 247A इन उप नियमों में शामिल किसी विपरीत बात के होते हुए भी, ग्राहकों तथा ब्रोकरों के बीच लेनदेनों का विनियमन निम्नलिखित संचालित होंगे :

( 3 ) जब तक ग्राहक ने अन्यथा अनुरोध न किया हो, सदस्य ब्रोकर अपने ग्राहकों को पे आउट के एक कार्य दिवस के भीतर भुगतान करेंगे अथवा खरीदी गयी प्रतिभूतियों की सुपुर्दगी करेंगे । स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पे आउट के तुरंत बाद एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी करेगा ।

EXCHANGE PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT/DELIVERY OF FUNDS /SECURITIES TO THEIR CLIENTS WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY AFTER THE PAY OUT DATE AS APPROVED BY SEBI VIDE IT'S LETTER NO . MRD/DSA/ BSE /42191 / 05 DATED THE 8TH JUNE , 2005
(3) Member Brokers shall make payment to their clients or deliver the securities purchased within one working day of pay- out unless the client has requested otherwise . Stock Exchange shall issue a Press Release immediately after the pay - out .
