2. यह स्पष्ट किया ताता है कि ये तदर्थ नियुक्तियां श्री अनार सिंह और श्रीमती वंदना शर्मा का वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के पद पर नियमित नियुक्तिके दावे का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेंगी और ना ही तदर्थ नियुक्ति की अवधि वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजन के लिए गिनी जाएगी ।

2. (1 ) यह तदर्थप्रोन्नति पूर्णतया कोमचलाऊ व्यवस्था के रूप में की गई है और उसी ग्रेड में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु चयन मुत्री में शामिल किए जाने या अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में चरिष्यता कादावा करने का उन्हें कोई अधिकार प्रदान महीं करेगी ।

(ii) यह तदर्थ व्यवस्था वरिष्ठता कोदें और था सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा ( एल.डी.सी.ई. ) के माध्यम से अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में नियमित अभ्यर्थी के उपलब्ध होने तक रहेगी ।

(ii ) श्रीमती वीना अरोड़ा फिलहाल अगले आदेशों तक विधि एवं मंत्रालय के वोच्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा संवर्ग में विधायी विभाग में कार्य करती रहेंगी ।
