सं. एवी -18018/01 /2005- एआई एयर इंडिया लिमिटेड के लिए 50 विमानों तथा एयर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस के लिए 18 विमानों के अर्जन के लिए मैसर्स बोइंग तथा जी ई के साथ मूल्य संबंधी वार्ताओं की प्रक्रिया के सरलीकरण के लिए, एयर इंडिया द्वारा वार्ताओं की कार्यवाही की निगरानी के लिए एक अंतर विभागीय दल का गठन किया गया है । यह देखने के लिए कि कार्यवाही की विश्वसनीयता बनाए रखी जा रही है तथा जब कभी- भी आवश्यक हो, तो वार्ताकार दल को दिशा निर्देश देने के लिए, निम्नलिखित सदस्यों की एक निगरानी समिति का गठन किया गया है:--
