उपर्युक्त अधिकारियों की अल्पावधिक पदोन्नति उन्हें किसी नियमित नियुक्ति का दावा प्रदान नहीं करेगी और उनके द्वारा की अल्पावधिक आधार पर की गई सेवा अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में पदोन्नति के लिए नहीं गिनी जाएगी ।
