टिप्पणी : यदि उपर्युक्त नियमों तथा उप नियमों के हिन्दी पाठ और अंग्रेजी पाठ में कोई असंगति पायी जाती है तो अंग्रेजी पाठ में उल्लिखित प्रावधान प्रमाणिक माने जायेंगे ।
247A इन उप नियमों में शामिल किसी विपरीत बात के होते हुए भी, ग्राहकों तथा ब्रोकरों के बीच लेनदेनों का विनियमन निम्नलिखित संचालित होंगे :

18 मई 2002 में भारत सरकार के गजट में प्रकाशित सूचना में ऑशिक परिवर्तन के अन्तर्गत यह सूचित किया जाता है कि संगीत का प्रयोग करने वाली कुछ श्रेणियों के अन्तर्गत लाइसेन्स शुल्क की परिवर्तित दर में , जो कि फोनोग्राफिक परफॉर्मेन्स लिमिटेड को देय है, निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन किये गये हैं :
( 3 ) जब तक ग्राहक ने अन्यथा अनुरोध न किया हो, सदस्य ब्रोकर अपने ग्राहकों को पे आउट के एक कार्य दिवस के भीतर भुगतान करेंगे अथवा खरीदी गयी प्रतिभूतियों की सुपुर्दगी करेंगे । स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पे आउट के तुरंत बाद एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी करेगा ।
साउण्डरिकार्डिंग का वाणिज्यिक प्रयोग करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं की कुछ श्रेणियों के लिए लाइसेन्स फीस का टैरिफ वाणिज्यिक प्रयोग के लिए पीपीएल लाइसेन्स का वर्गीकरण ।

A. यह टैरिफ रेगुलर कार्यक्रमों , जहाँ साउन्ड रिकार्डिंग व संगीत विडियो मनोरंजन का मुख्य आकर्षण हो और इनका प्रयोग मनोरंजन, नृत्य, कैरोक गायन तथा डिस्क जोकी द्वारा प्रस्तुत किये जाने वाले मनोरंजनों के लिए लागू है ।
B. संगीत रिकार्ड प्रयोग करने की अवधि अथवा घंटे वह समय है जितने समय तक वास्तव में साउन्ड रिकार्डिंग बजाया गया हो समीपतम आधे घंटे की अवधि तक ।
C. लाइसेन्स फीस की गणना को आसान बनाने हेतु तीन जानकारियां अवश्य दें कार्यक्रम के दौरान कितनी अवधि के लिए साउन्ड रिकार्डिंग प्रयोग किया गया , कार्यक्रम में उपस्थिति कितनी थी तथा निश्चित समय के दौरान कितने कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये गये । D. यह टैरिफ वहाँ लागू होता है जहाँ कार्यक्रम लगातारअन्तराल पर आयोजित होते हों तथा दर्शकों की संख्या भी निश्चित न हो ।

साउन्ड रिकार्डिंग का वाणिज्यिक उपयोग करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं को यह भी सूचित करना है कि सुनाया या दिखाया जाने वाला हर संगीत चाहे उसे रेडियो अथवा वर्ल्डस्पेस रिसीवर अथवा टेलीविजन और केबल नेटवर्क के माध्यम से प्रसारित किया जा रहा हो , ऐसी अवस्था में पब्लिक परफॉर्मेस लाइसेन्स लेना अनिवार्य है।

Whereas pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 (4) of the Securities Contract ( Regulation) Act , 1956, the making or the amendment or revision of any bye- law is subject to the condition of previous publication , the amended Bye - law 247A(3) of the Rules , Bye -laws and Regulations of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited was published in The Gazette of India dated the 23rd July , 2005 inviting comments thereon .

A This tariff is applicable for the regular activities , where playing of sound recordings & music videos are the main feature of entertainment and includes music or music videos for entertainment , dancing; karaoke singing and any entertainment provided by disc jockeys .
B The hours of record use per event is the actual time during which sound recording are played (up to the nearest half hour) .
C To enable PPL to calculate the rate you will pay you must provide three figures: how many hours recordings are played for at an event, the average attendance at that event and the number of events you have during the period.
D This tariff is used whenever any activity is regular/ periodic in nature and has a floating audience . For one off's refer events license .

For the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining by a Special Resolution of the Company the manner in which the books , accounts and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
