आ.अ. 128.-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13- क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग राजस्थान सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री एल.पी. कोठारी , आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर श्रीमती संगीता गैरोला, आई.ए.एस. ( आरजे 1977 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए राजस्थानं राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है । 2. श्रीमती संगीता गैरोला राजस्थान सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगी या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगी , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थीं ।
3. श्रीमती संगीता गैरोला मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी , राजस्थान के रूप में कार्य करते हुए, राजस्थान सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगी सिवाय इसके 2876 GI/ 2005

कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

स्टेन्डहोप युहलुंग , अवर सचिव ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA New Delhi , the 30th September , 2005 O.N. 128. In exercise of the powers conferredby sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) , the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Rajasthan hereby nominates Smt. Sangita Gairola, IAS (RJ : 1977) as the ChiefElectoral Officer for the State of Rajasthan with effect from the date she takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri L.P. Kothari , IAS.
2. Smt. Sangita Gairola shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of 440

Sangita Gairola while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer , Rajasthan shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Rajasthan except that she should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 ( 43 of 1950) , the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of West Bengal hereby nominates Shri Debashis Sen , IAS (WB: 1985) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of West Bengal with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri B. Banerjee , IAS.
2. Shri Debashis Sen shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of West Bengal which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
आ.अ. 129.-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 - क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री बी. बनर्जी, आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर श्री देबाशीष सेन , आई.ए.एस. ( डब्ल्यू.बी. 1985 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्री देबाशीष सेन पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।
