निर्देश सं. एनएचबी, एचएफसी, डीआईआर, 11 /सीएमडी/2005: राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक, लोक हित में अनिवार्य समझते हुए और इस बात से संतुष्ट होने पर, कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, उसके लाभ के लिए, देश की आवास वित्त प्रणाली को विनियमित करने में राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक को समर्थ बनाने के उद्देश्य से, एतद्द्वारा , राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक अधिनियम, 1987 ( 1987 का 53 ) की धाराओं 30ए एवं 31 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों के तथा इस बारे में उसकी सभी सामर्थ्यकारी शक्तियों के प्रयोग में , निर्देश देता है कि आवास वित्त कंपनी ( रा.आ. बैंक ) निर्देश , 2001 को तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित ढंग से और संशोधित किया जाए, अर्थात् अनुच्छेद 26 में स्पष्टीकरण ( 1 ) , में उप स्पष्टीकरण ( 3 ) में खंड ( ख ) को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः
75 व्यैक्तिकों को दिए गए ऐसे आवास ऋण जो अचल संपत्ति बंधक से प्रतिभूत हैं एवं जिन्हें मानक आस्तियों के रूप में वर्गीकृत किया गया है

कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम

सं. एन -13 /13/6/14/2005-यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम 95- क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 सितम्बर, 2005 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम 95 - क तथा केरल कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम -1957 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ केरल राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्: --

DIR. 11 /CMD/2005 : The National Housing Bank having considered it necessary inthepublic interest and being satisfied that , for the purpose of enabling the National Housing Bank to regulate the housing finance system in the country to its advantage, it is necessary so to do , hereby in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30A and 31 of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 (53 of 1987) and all the powers enabling it in this behalf, directs that the Housing Finance Companies (NHB) Directions, 2001 shali with immediate effect, be further amended in the following manner, namely:----
