2. यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति को वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए किसी भी अधिकारी को दावा करने काकोई अधिकार नहीं होगा और वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेडमें तदर्थ आधार पर उसके द्वारा प्रदान की गई सेवा की न तो वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजन से और न ही अगले उच्च ग्रेड में पदोन्नति की पात्रता हेतु गणना की जायेगी ।
