Any person having any observations on the proposed amendment to the F& O Regulations can send the same in writing to the undersigned at Exchange Plaza, C- 1 , Block G , Bandra- Kurla Complex , Bandra ( East) , Mumbai -400 051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette. The observations received after the aforemen- tioned date will not be considered when the draft amend- ment will be taken for consideration .

(c) Every Trading Member shall send a complete ' Statement of Accounts' for both funds and securities in respect of each of its clients in such periodicity not exceeding three months (Calendar quarter) within a month of the expiry of the said period.
