2. यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति उनको आर्थिक अधिकारी ( समाजशास्त्र ) के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी और न ही उनके द्वारा आर्थिक अधिकारी ( समाजशास्त्र) के रूप में तदर्थ आधार पर प्रदान की गई कोई सेवा न तो आर्थिक अधिकारी ( समाजशास्त्र ) के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता और न अगले उच्च ग्रेड में पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता हेतु गिनी जाएगी ।
