संकल्प
सं. 14034/17/2005- रा. भा. (प्रशि. ) संसदीय राजभाषा समिति के तीसरे प्रतिवेदन में की गई सिफारिशों के संबंध में राष्ट्रपति के आदेश राजभाषा अधिनियम, 1963 ( यथा संशोधित, 1967 ) की धारा 4 (4 ) के अंतर्गत इस विभाग के दिनांक 4 नवम्बर 1991 के संकल्प संख्या 13015/ 1 /91 - रा.भा. ( घ ) के द्वारा सूचित किए गए थे । उस संकल्प के पैरा 5 के तहत दिए गए आदेश में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए संकल्प संख्या 14034 /4/ 99 - रा.भा. ( प्रशि. ) दिनांक 13.02.2001 के तहत यह आदेश दिया गया था कि सभी क्षेत्रों ( अर्थात " क ", " ख " एवं " ग" ) में स्थित कार्यालयों के कर्मचारियों को हिन्दी का प्रशिक्षण वर्ष 2005 के अंत तक पूरा कर लिया जाए ।
सं. एल -11011/4/2004- एल एंड एम-सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से, इस विभाग के दिनांक 10 मई, 2005 के संकल्प (फा. सं. 11012/2/2004 - एल एंड एम के अंतर्गत जारी ) के अनुक्रम में सहकारिता की उपलब्धियों की समीक्षा करने के लिए गठित सहकारिता संबंधी उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति, के कार्यकाल को 9.11.2005 से आगे 4 माह की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाता है ।
आदेश
उक्त संकल्प में पुनः आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए राष्ट्रपति ने अब यह आदेश दिया है कि सभी क्षेत्रों ( अर्थात " क ", " ख " एवं " ग " ) में स्थित कार्यालयों के कर्मचारियों को हिन्दी का प्रशिक्षण वर्ष 2008 के अंत तक पूरा कर लिया जाए ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी संबंधित लोगों के पास प्रेषित कर दी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को जन साधारण को सूचना हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित कर दिया जाए ।

RESOLUTION
No. 14034 / 17/2005 - OL( Trg . ) .-- The orders of the President, on the recommendations made by the Committee of Parliament on Official Language in the third part of its Report, were conveyed vide this Department Resolution No. 13015/1 /91/-OL (D) , dated 4th November, 1991 in accordance with Section 4(4 ) of the Official Languages Act , 1963 ( as amended , 1967) . In partial modification of the orders laid down in para 5 of the said Resolution , it was ordered, vide Resolution No. 14034/4/99 - OL(Trg .) dated 13.02.2001 , that the training in Hindi imparted to the employees of the offices located in all the regions ( viz . ' A' , 'B ' and ' C' ) would be completed by the end of the year 2005 .
The President in further partial modification of the said Resolution , has now ordered that the training in Hindi imparted to the employees of the offices located in all the regions ( viz . 'A' , 'B ' and' C' ) may be completed by the end of the year 2008.
No. L - 11011 /4/ 2004- L & M .---in continuation of this Department's resolution dated 10th May, 2005 ( issued under F. No. L- 11012 / 4/ 2004 - L & M ) , with the approval of the competent authority, the term of the High Powered Committee on Cooperatives constituted to review the achievements of cooperatives is hereby extended for further four months beyond 9.11.2005 .
