" 3. माननीय केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक न्यायाधिकरण चण्डीगढ़ बैंच में ओ ए सं. 765/एच पी/ 98 द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसरण में श्री बलवीर सिंह को तदनुसार 26.9.1989 को भारतीय वन सेवा में नियुक्त किया गया था और 26.9.1998 को प्रभावी उनकी नियुक्ति हिमाचल प्रदेश न्यायालय शिमला के समक्ष सी डब्ल्यू पी सं. 289/2000 के निर्णय की शर्त पर थी । राज्य सरकार ने सूचित किया है कि श्री एस. के. शर्मा सीधी भर्ती के 1985 बैच में सबसे कनिष्ठतम थे जो 26.9.1989 से हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानापन्न रूप से कार्य कर रहे थे । तदनुसार श्री बलवीर सिंह का आवंटन वर्ष " 1985 " को निर्धारित किया गया है और उन्हें श्री एस. के. शर्मा ( भा. व. सेवा हिमाचल प्रदेश, 1985 ) के बाद रखा जाएगा ।

2. Even though the appointment of the above officers on regular basis has been effective from 1st July of the year of the Select List in which they have been included, the actual benefit of higher pay on account of notional refixation will accrue from the date of their initial appointment on ad- hoc basis ordered centrally by the Department of Personnel and Training .
